I’ve been coming to this subway for a long time and i’ve always been happy with how i’m helped and how the food turns out. More recently though, Rocky has been there nearly every time I’ve been in and he’s always chill and by far the best employee at ANY location. 0 complaints.

First time at this Subway. Rocky & Harry were fast efficient & FRIENDLY. The store was very clean and the food was fresh and yummy even though it was 1:30 PM.
This will definitely be one of the subways we will go to.

My mom just went to get a sub club that has bacon on it, with a coupon for 6.99. Instead they charged extra for bacon even though it was apart of the sandwich. I'm very unhappy with this service, before this, they have been great and never had a problem. Ended up paying almost 12 dollars, my mom didn't know any better, maybe because she is older they could take advantage.

I ordered Subway on Doordash and it came from this location. I am pregnant and can't eat cold turkey meat, but can have it if warmed/toasted. I ordered a turkey sub on flatbread. If you've had flatbread from Subway before, and as a former Subway employee myself, you know it should be toasted unless specifically denied. There was no option to toast the sandwich like with the other bread options on Doordash, and so I assumed that the employee(s) would know, hey, it's probably toasted. I couldn't even make a note or anything to make sure. Of course, my sandwich came cold and almost rolled like a tortilla. While part of the blame falls on Doordash for not even offering the "toasted" option for flatbread, a Subway employee should know it's toasted. I tried to call the store to explain this situation and they didn't even answer. If you really want Subway, maybe try a different location.

What time do they actually open?
I just ordered a sandwich here with five ingredients. They gave me the wrong size sandwich with the wrong cheese with the wrong bread and no cup for my soda.
Why is your cashier sitting there playing in your cash drawer with thr doors locked and saying your closed right now? Looks like she's stealing from the til. Newsflash guys when your online says open and it's during business hours she needs to work. Not lock the doors and say your closed when u clearly aren't.

We walked in and the lady who was working rudely said we closed at 7 and said there are 3 signs posted in (very small print). There were already 3 people waiting to order when we came in at 7:20. But those people didn’t have to leave. Made no sense and she was so rude!

This Subway was our least favorite to go to but today the short girl with dark hair was there and she made the best subs. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. This will be our regular Subway from now on! GREAT FOOD and GREAT EMPLOYEE!

I placed an online order and when we went to pick it up the store was closed. Apparently someone walked off the job.. here it is a week later and i’ve still yet to be refunded.. the staff won’t answer my calls and when they do, they say they will call me back or call the owner but never do.. so I guess I didn’t get food or my money back? My family used to order from this location a lot .. not anymore. ever.

Definitely the worst Subway I've ever been to. I ordered and paid with the app, scheduled pickup for 1:25 pm and my two footlongs weren't ready until about 1:50 and the staff were unconcerned and unapologetic. There were fewer than 10 people in the restaurant. I ordered the Turkey Cali club and they forgot the avocado, but fortunately I opened it before I left so I was able to get the avocado in a little cup so I could put it on my sandwich myself. While I was waiting for my food, I also noticed there were meats spilled into the vegetable toppings, specifically steak in the spinach. I find that particularly upsetting because my mom is a vegetarian and people shouldn't have to worry about their food getting cross contaminated by things they don't or can't eat. Planning to avoid this particular Subway forever.

Took 30 minutes to make two sandwiches the sandwich artist couldn't multitask to make two sandwiches at once. Service took so long that the gal behind my wife and I left. The guy that was slicing logs of pepperoni on an automated slicer couldn't be bothered to help on the front counter.

Unable to put a kids sandwich without the bun in a to go box without charging for an adult salad? Why??? Terrible customer service. Didn't give them my money.
