Jacob was the friendliest Subway employee I've ever encountered in my life. I don't normally consider a trip for food a delight, but this one was because he was just that friendly.

Went here to grab a quick lunch before a doctor's appointment. The ladies here were so nice, the younger one who rung me up at the register deserves a bonus gold star. She's been there working for three days straight despite having lost 99% of her voice. Talk about A+ for effort! I think her name was Melissa? Only read her name tag from a distance.

There was a reasonably long line today (12:37 on a thursday), but the employees were fast and courteous. The black guy who helped me was excellent, and the woman cashiering was funny and fast at the same time. One of many excellent experiences I have had here.
