Ordered two footlongs. One chicken bacon ranch and one Philly. Got home and both sandwiches only had rotten lettuce, no meat. What a slap in the face. Been going to this one for 10 years, but never again. Not after today!

You have an employee that rolled his eyes at me over the lunch hour on Sunday August 11th because he put garlic aoli on a child’s sandwich instead of ranch and I called him out on it. He could use some serious customer services classes.
Food was okay. I ordered a wrap and got a flatbread but it’s fine.. I wasn’t going to correct the guy with the eye problem again.
Probably won’t be back.

They don't know what they're doing. This is the closest subway to my house. About once a year I give it a try. It's bad. They get your order wrong, lack hygiene, there avacado was clearly rancid.
I've told them all this. They don't care. When I told them the avacafo was oily and brown, not the right color, they laughed.
I drive twice as far for the better subway.

I got my cold cut combo foot long and there was barely anything on it. Only 2 slices of meat for each side and just a sprinkle of lettuce and 2 slices of green peppers. This was not worth $10. Do better

Went here a few times. One time my "sandwich artist" was digging for a little treasure in his nose. Hey, true culinary artists are always experimenting with ingredients. The other time the artist left about half the ingredients off her "masterpiece". This was a while ago so probably not any of the current employees. Haven't been back.

I usually like Subway but this location needs help. I ordered the BOGO free. I asked for both of my sandwiches to be toasted and they were not toasted. I saved the 2nd sandwich for the next day and when I went to open it/removed the seal tape, there was a long hair in my sandwich. ?. Will not go to this location again.

Was just there. They had 1 person working as the manager was helping at another store. The guy was backed up and doing what he could, but despite that he was calm and tried to every done in a manner that extremely professional.

Unfortunately this is close to my house so it is super convenient when I want to run and get something quick and healthy for the kids... however, it seems like 50% of the time something is incorrect or goes wrong at this store... they are out of turkey (which is the only thing that my daughter will eat there) ... they are out of meatballs (which I frequently don't find out until I attempt to pick up my online order) ... they are out of marinara for the meatballs, etc. etc. Today I was in a hurry so was trying to order online from home ... and the website kept saying "error occurred" no matter how many times I refreshed. I realize that this isn't the store's problem... however, when I went into the store they wouldn't let me use the coupons (FLBOGO) off of my app even though it clearly wasn't letting me order though the app, which just kept spinning (the coupons are the reason I go to Subway in the first place since I have to feed so many kids).... I was polite about it as again-- probably not their fault..... but then they forgot to put cheese on the Outlaw sandwich.... and when I politely pointed it out and asked them to melt it onto the sandwich they put it in the oven again for approximate 5 seconds, which clearly did not melt the cheese. Finally, after they already rang me up they informed me that they forgot to charge me for my chips and had me do a separate transaction. Pretty sure they should have just given me the chips for free at that point. :) So much for a quick and easy trip to Subway!
