I've been frequenting this Subway more often these days. This is one of my Go-To Subways. I have tried Subways at quite a few places in Des Moines. And, I can say - by far - this is the bets of the lot - both in terms of service and quality of food.
The staff is amazing. All of them do a wonderful job. Rohin (or Arun) - He has been the one who takes care of my order most of the times. Very nice person, humble, with a great attitude, great listener and customer focused. Jen - She is an amazing woman. Pleasant attitude, very attentive. Rocky - He is another wonderful staff. Great service and nice friendly attitude.
Being a vegetarian, my options are limited. But, the staff makes sure that their hands are clean and washed and they take proper care of my dietary needs.
And, Rajesh - he is the owner and manages this outlet quite well.
Friendly attentive All the staff members are very attentive to your choice of options and they ensure that you get the best sandwich. The interior is clean all the time. The Bread and cookies are always fresh. I have never been disappointed here. Overall, Amazing Customer Service !

The young man that waited on me had the personality of a rock. Hardly acknowledged me and barely spoke more than 5 words throughout my order The bread was probably from the day before or 2, stale!! A very unpleasant experience and I definitely won't be coming back Not a way to treat your customers especially with all the bad publicity that you have had in the past.

This place is a disgrace. This is the second time I ordered online a only received half of a footlong. This place is usually unclean because there is no one dedicated to cleaning up after all the business they get at peak hours. Subway has lost another customer.
