Ordered a pepperoni salad with ranch and pepperjack cheese online. Got a pepperoni salad with marinara sauce and American cheese piled on unchopped ingredients, order customizations were essentially ignored.

BEWARE - do NOT come here if you want chicken salad. That is not what you get. They just slap a portion of grilled chicken on and squirt a bunch of mayo on top. The male that was working on 7/30/2024 @ 6pm at least offered to "make" chicken salad, but the female said no and this was how she was going to do it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. No effort whatsoever. Went to the Bridgewood location instead and they handled appropriately.

I just went in about 10 minutes ago and this really nice guy made my sandwich. He was the most pleasant worker and definitely deserves a raise! My order was perfect and he gave me the extra cheese that i asked for with no judgement, so thank you??

Great subway location, I’ve shifted from going to the nearby location on EP true to this one, quality of ingredients is much better and they are never out of stuff and happy that they carry the creamy siracha when other locations don’t. They also always get my online order right!

this subway is the best in des moines, everytime i order on mobile app my sandwitch is picture perfect and fresh, i can tell they actually know how to make a sandwitch, solid amnt of meat at the bottom and carefully layered veggies on top, that simple and subway will be around forever . tip these guys !!!

Was at a nearby event so did online order and pick up. They got 1 of 2 footlongs correct. The incorrect one was not toasted, cucumbers were missing and lettuce that was not requested and disliked by the person eating the sandwich was added. Thought a tip would help them get it right. Subway service is getting so bad that we are getting very few to go to in DSM metro.
Said they were closed and refused service even though they weren’t for another 15 minutes. So either that or the hours posted are wrong and need to be fixed.
