My fiance and I stop in frequently before closing shifts! Whenever Troy is there we know we are going to be greeted with a smile! Troy always does a great job and makes sure our yummy sandwiches are done to perfection!

i have noticed the workers are consistently very unwelcoming and rude when i’ve came in multiple times and will almost act annoyed i’m there, my sandwich looks half assed and the interaction in general is quite awkward. hopefully management will be better soon.

Terrible experience and service

Walked in at 7:28pm on 10/13/24 to order a sandwich for my son. When I walked in The tall guy With glasses working Asked me if it was mobile order. I stated no he threw his hands in the air and yelled Jesus Christ. I believe this location closes at 8 PM. at that point I walked out and went to the subway located inside of Walmart. Where the young man that was working at that location was super friendly and helpful. The third time a month that either an employee was rude or the location closed 30 to 45 minutes before the posted sign on the door.

The lady working tonight, 9/27/24, wiped her runny nose and then put her gloves on. Once her gloves were on she wiped her runny nose again! When I called her out I really hope the guy behind me in line heard it because he was just walking in. And the guy working verbally said that if anyone ordered anything "healthy" he was "going to lose his shit." SMH

Beautiful location for Subway!!! Our server, Adam was excellent, and fast! He made a great Sub called an Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch. It was very tasty! Will definitely be back!

I was doordashing and got an order at this location. Staff was incredibly behind. I waited 10 minutes and was insulted by an employee and said my laugh sounded like a turkey. He also was cursing like crazy. I also recognize him from chipotle a few weeks ago so not sure what happened with that. I also saw one of staff not doing a single thing. I ended up waiting so long I got a notification to unassign the order which I did because I was uncomfortable.

The women working took forever and got our order wrong TWICE, and the order in front of ours as well. This was after she was reminded of the contents conveniently displayed behind her. There was also a younger gentleman who sat in the back not helping the slow service.

Exceptional service today. Troy was hustling like no one I’ve ever seen at a Subway. Very busy and he kept people moving without being sloppy with the sandwiches.

Stood at the counter and waited and waited and waited. The person working would not take my order. The store was open . It was 4:30 pm and no line. So what was up with that??? Been buying sandwiches from years. Finally talked to the lone employee and he said he was finishing an online order. Did not acknowledge me for ten minutes. Customer service not included. Plus there is now a large metal cover blocking the view of the meat and cheese section of making your sandwich. What are they hiding? Isn’t that the point to SEE the sandwich as it is being made? We are done with this Subway.

Went to the restroom to wash my hands 1st on my way counter to order food when a female accused me of damaging the wall. Never got to order or eat and definitely won't be back.
