Yes, I realize this is a subway - bottom of the barrel “healthy” fast food but got dayum was the service hot garbage. McDonald’s gives better service than this place. Braxton and his black coworker (wasn’t wearing a name tag so didn’t get their name but had a stud nose piercing) HATED their life. Absolute worst service. Neither one greeted a single guest. They literally would just stare at you until you spoke to them. Terrible feeling standing there having to deal with such degenerate workers. Times are tough and it’s hard finding employable people but this subway needs to clean house. 8/25/2025 @ 1230pm

First time going to this location since I’ve moved to the area. We pulled up and there was a sign at the door that said “no bread, flatbreads only, bread is cooling”
The employee was lounging in a booth, I asked about the wait time and she said 25 minutes. So we went elsewhere.

I order but, same I always get at any subway, I ordered double bacon, thet put 5 pieces per half when its 4 on a regular sandwich but charged me, I was going to order the nacho, but told me it can only come the way it's made, I can't add, or deduct anything, and the guy was rude about it. I will never eat at this subway again. I notice the amount of bad reviews, I would think the management or owner would fix this store !!

I placed a mobile order with “Special Instructions: Wait to make until I arrive in person. Thanks!” My pickup time was set at 4:00 PM, and I arrived five minutes early to find my sub already made and bagged.

Unfortunately, my steak sandwich was soggy and disappointing. I mentioned it to the staff, but no remake was offered, and I didn’t push.

There were no other customers during my 15-minute visit, but most tables were still dirty and stayed that way. The trash was emptied, but the overall cleanliness didn’t match the store’s nice aesthetic and newer booths.

The lack of napkins (none provided) in my bag reinforced the effort being made. Overall, I love Subway and it’s possible my expectations are too high. Thanks for allowing coupons at this branch!

The older gentleman behind the counter is completely disrespectful and no regard to human decency. He was cussing and complaint when orders kept coming in and when I asked for extra olives he said no, I said I would pay for extra if it was a problem. Everytime a order came in he was cussing saying “they can wait we have other things to worry about” this is unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate. This happened 4/4/25 11am-11:30am

I’ve been ordering the same thing for years. Came in an hour and a half before closing with my boyfriend and they didn’t have any italian herbs and cheese bread and were not willing to make more, then they didn’t have two of the vegetables I wanted. Sandwich is fine, not what I wanted though. Staff said the prep called out sick or something but idk why the staff who was there couldn't cut an onion or open a bag of spinach when they’re out of them, especially when it’s 1.5 hours to close

There is a young man working all by himself today. At first I was wondering why things were moving a little slow but he made three of the best looking and tasting sandwiches I have ever had from any subway. Give that kid a raise!

That place is the best. The manager Troy has the best attitude, and he deserves some time off doing double shifts he looks tired.

645 pm on a Friday, everything was put away except three pieces of bread and pickles lettuce tomato onion spinach. The rest of the vegetable area was empty. Ordered turkey and bacon only got turkey. Asked for brown mustard they did not have it. Cashier was nice but maybe was not expecting customers?
