The worst experience i have ever had 25 min. To get food when we were the only ones in the building serived 4 people thru drive thru before I got up and asked for cups to get drinks then watch the cook smile and act like she was gona drop the food after 25 min. Of waiting for two orders no im sorry not even eye contact will never return

If I could give this location a zero star and still be able to give a review i would. They are incredibly sloppy here and they clearly don’t know customer service. The past 3 times I have been at this location I have waited 30+ minutes for an order I placed 10 minutes prior to even showing up. Meanwhile they aren’t half as busy as any other restaurant, never in my life have I ever waited as long as I have here.

If i could rate this place a zero or even negative i would. I mean i was told to wait 10 minutes for my doordash order and i waited over an hour. All the people there are SO disrespectful. yelling and rolling their eyes. Im not one to judge or get mad but when youre yelling at me and lying to my face saying it’ll be ready within 10 minutes and i wait an hour and dont even get a drink for the wait THAT is unacceptable. I would check those cameras and see who was working that night shift on October 25th 2025. i mean absolutely unacceptable behavior and customer service. They also told me Doordash orders are not their ‘priority.’ excuse me its an ORDER… if anything i get hell from the customers because of the wait time… and most of the time the orders arent even correct!! Check the people you want to hire and reconsider that. Totally nuts.

This location needs shut down. Waited an hour for my food and was just mean mugged by the entire staff as if their laziness was my problem. Not to mention the other 2 couples that waited just as long as I did and we all ended up walking out. They also paid a worker to sit in her car on her phone and block the drive through 😂. Need I say more?

Worst taco bell experience. They messed up two out of the four items in my order and there were only two other people in the restaurant. I checked my order before walking back out to my car after reading reviews about order mess-ups and sure enough, it was wrong. Workers are incredibly careless…. One of them in the kitchen yelled “I hate it here” when we walked in and started blasting music. Hope they find something else to do in life that they actually enjoy.

Every time around 6pm to 10pm. I have come and the quesadillas have always been undercooked. Its a cheese quesadilla!!! Its supposed to be melted cheesy not grated cheesy. All the other fast food an regular taco restaurants know this except this taco bell. Staff is lazy and not very inviting. Mono tone when taking orders . We get that there are people not happy where they work but they still have a job to do, food to cook (correctly), appropriate professional customer service. Do better. This is absurd. Theres a reason why jobs like these don’t require a college degree. Everytime l am here there isnt many people in the lobby the line, if there is one, isnt very long. The whole staff and management need replaced if this is the level of care they find acceptable. Ive done customer service for the last 16 years including restaurants, fast food places like wendys, mcdonalds, godfathers pizza to even in retirement homes with elderly people with specific dietary needs to delivery , dispatching for insurance companies for the entire nation. This place needs some pointers and to loose the dry attitude, dry tone of voice, dry customer care ect. It ruins the quality of the food.
