Why is this store so bad?! Cold nacho fries, incredibly slow service... you could order 30 mins ahead on the app and they still wouldn't have your order ready

Every time around 6pm to 10pm. I have come and the quesadillas have always been undercooked. Its a cheese quesadilla!!! Its supposed to be melted cheesy not grated cheesy. All the other fast food an regular taco restaurants know this except this taco bell. Staff is lazy and not very inviting. Mono tone when taking orders . We get that there are people not happy where they work but they still have a job to do, food to cook (correctly), appropriate professional customer service. Do better. This is absurd. Theres a reason why jobs like these don’t require a college degree. Everytime l am here there isnt many people in the lobby the line, if there is one, isnt very long. The whole staff and management need replaced if this is the level of care they find acceptable. Ive done customer service for the last 16 years including restaurants, fast food places like wendys, mcdonalds, godfathers pizza to even in retirement homes with elderly people with specific dietary needs to delivery , dispatching for insurance companies for the entire nation. This place needs some pointers and to loose the dry attitude, dry tone of voice, dry customer care ect. It ruins the quality of the food.
We went here at 2 am and spent $45 on fast food the only thing that was right in the order was the drinks. I reached out to the manager and I was told I would have to talk to the general manager I have tried calling I have even gone back to the store and left my name and number and have not received a call back or an apology. I would never spend another dime at this Taco bell. We ordered the chicken boxes and ended up with beef. Service is terrible the employees were rude. Gas station food would have been more satisfying I would have gotten what I paid for.

I've only been here a few times over the last couple years. I'll think to myself, "Maybe my experience will be different this time. ". Nope. The crew is completely indifferent and it seems like I'm annoying them just by placing an order for three tacos. That or they completely ignore you. Look straight at you, and ignore you. I suppose I do remember one lady on the night shift who was a tad warmer than indifferent. Never again. I'll drive out to Waukee when I want to destroy my gut.

Ordered the $9 luxe box and a #6 and it cost $24. What they gave me was a hard taco and cinnamon twists and a drink. I went back through the drive through and explained that I didn’t get what I ordered. They gave me a 2nd taco. This place is either run by idiots or thieves.

Went to Taco Bell for dinner tonight and got in there ordered my food and apparently I was charged a drink when I already had one drink for one order and then my girlfriend had another order that she also got a slushy, but she changed one of her orders from a drink to a slushy so she would’ve gotten a drink but I was charged for an additional drink got home. We’re not even 10 minutes away from home we sat down to eat and Food was completely soggy falling apart. My five layer burrito was not wrapped correctly. It was completely falling apart, and it looks like there’s barely anything in it except for a whole bunch of beans and barely any beef or even sour cream or cheese Then got home open the Chalupa barely anything on it. It looks like it’s been fried or anything it just looks like a plain dough taco shell, and also got a deluxe craving box sat it down to discuss about the drink situation when I was charged an extra three dollars for a drink then another customer came in and stole my food my deluxe box from the table in front of the employee and myself and left, and I had to discuss with the employee to get my box back or possibly get it replaced since a DoorDasher took my food and got my food and was greeted with don’t lose your food again by the employee I looked at them and said will try, but I can’t help it when someone takes my food in the atmosphere was just horrible. Got inside and they’re just blasting music in the back singing and acting like children and apparently this is not the only time this has happened with food, being disgusting or looked old or have been sitting for a while apparently there have been multiple complaints about the exact same thing

This taco bell is the worst i’ve ever seen, the lady yelled about us coming inside when we’ve never been there. If your lobby is closed then lock the door. She was also very rude and snappy. Do not come here at night!! She forgot the mild sauce and didn’t put napkins in the bag. We have also been traveling for 12 hours and wanted something to eat. VERY disappointed.

The food was great as always, but the experience was ruined by the employee at the window who mocked a “Hispanic” accent while i was speaking English (i was born here and speak only English) and made a racist remark toward me. I love Taco Bell and really enjoy this location, but after today, I may have to reconsider returning. Hopefully, this issue can be addressed, thank you 🫶

We ordered 2 Cinnabon Bites, which come with multiple per order, which they didn’t even get on the order. Then when we asked for them and was willing to pay, we received a bag with literally 2 bites in it. This is petty, lazy, and unprofessional. Do better.
