Ordered and paid extra for super soft tacos (with tomato’s and sour cream) and received regular tacos… that’s like $5 spent that I didn’t receive the product I paid for… very upset with this poor experience. Used the mobile app and didn’t find out until we got home. There isn’t even a way to report a problem without driving back to the restaurant

I stopped in to buy some Taco John's potato oles. I just wanted to say that we received great service from Emirjon. He reminded us that it was Taco Tuesday and told us what menu items are the most popular. He also was friendly. We had a nice experience.

The young man running the drive through tonight was wonderful!! He didn’t rush me when I was ordering and got my order right. Super friendly and you could tell he actually cared. Give this kid a raise!!!

Cold food, will almost always forget the sides of cheese or sour cream that they insist on charging you for. Today was the last time I'm giving this location a chance because on top of the food issues, I heard a manager berating the staff.

10/10 will return. I ordered from this location through DoorDash. When I got my order it was wrong. I had called the place to let them know that I ordered 4 bean burritos with no onion add sour cream. But they came as regular. They were very nice over the phone and told me how I could come in either tonight or another day to get replacement burritos. I went in tonight to get them fixed. They were so kind and very quick at fixing the mistake.

Food is typically hot and fresh. The only problem I've ever had is that I've bought supreme burritos that are taken over by bean and onion and not enough of other stuff. The prices have really sky rocketed there. Employees are quick and friendly
