One of my favorite places to stop for a quick bite. I have never waited long at any of the locations. I love their steak flour taco's. My first wife was Mexican and most Mexican families have a chili (hot sauce/salsa) recipe that's passed down through generations. Next to my wife's family, tasty tacos is runner up for sure, love that stuff. Support this local chain and swing in.Actual paying customer- not a paid actor. Hehe

Was highly disappointed.. went at 520ish on a Friday evening. Was busy, which was fine.. but got our food and was ABSOLUTELY COLD.. not warm , COLD. We both got supreme nachos. The cheeses and meat were extremely cold.. my steak soft shell was ok, but the steak was cold... you would thinking waiting awhile for your food, it wouldn't be so coldd... 25 bucks down the drain, barely ate any of it..

I wish I had taken a picture of the food. This was really good. I got a taco and they used what seems to me like a really fluffy Navajo fry bread instead of a tortilla. It was really good. Great prices. Fast and friendly service. I'm impressed.

That Iowans love Tasty Tacos is a testament to how restricted these people are. This is the most generic, bland, flavorless Mexican food in America. If you opened this restaurant anywhere else in the country, it would immediately go out of business. Iowans are truly sheltered.
