Our first time at Texas Roadhouse on Mills Civic Parkway.Our children had recommended it to us.Busy at 2pm Sat afternoon.Small wait.First thing I observed was the atmosphere.Very light-hearted and the employees actually seemed to really enjoy their workplace and the vast amount of patrons coming into eat. The food was good. Our service was horrible. I saw several issues.
1. One bus boy sprayed the cleaner all over the plates and then used dirty gloves to put them on the table.
2. Another bus boy was dropping his gloves on the ground and picked them up off the dirty floor and touched clean plates and the bags of peanuts.
3. I saw them put clean plates in the stack of dishes with dirty gloves.
I would just beware if you’re eating here you might end...read full review
really good steaks, great service. I personally think this is the best one in the DSM area.

The food is always great and delicious, and customers appreciate the good value for a satisfying meal. Although wait times can be long and noise levels high, the overall experience remains positive, with the amazing service and fantastic, super friendly staff consistently praised.
