Honestly just a really nice place. I usually go for the fried chicken and cheese curds since you get like a pound of cheese for 1 order. The chicken itself is quite good, very reminiscent of pizza ranch chicken. My only complaint is that the last 2 times I ordered, the thighs were pretty small, and one of them was entirely fried skin with no meat.

We had dinner there tonight and I also had one of the Iowa mules. I don’t think I can recommend this place enough! Most places either make the drinks too strong but they taste gross or not strong enough and you don’t get your moneys worth, but this was probably the best mule I’ve ever had. Also the food was delicious and on a Saturday night we had no wait!

Went to the chicken on Sunday 5/11 for my brothers birthday. Ordered our food - we ordered simple items like chicken strips - the food took about 45 minutes to an hour. Right before our food came out our server comes over and tells us they are out of fries and a certain type of dipping sauce. I asked for another chicken strip instead - that was not allowed - so I asked for money off my bill - I was given $2 off which didn’t seem an appropriate amount. My friends and brother switched their sides and were disappointed. All this was paired with poor service - our server gave us 1 round of water with no refills. Overall I’m disappointed and I think they can do better - their chicken is great.

Jalapeños popper deviled eggs were amazing! Orilla philly sandwich was to die for! Lot's of chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese. Couldn't eat it all it was so filling

BBQ chicken pizza is awesome. The veggie pizza is soggy from the red peppers. Service was good. Due to the high ceilings and openness of the building, the place is very noisy.

Such a great little chicken place in Iowa! The service was fantastic and the food was even better! The local beers on tap hit the spot with the spicy chicken. I recommend the Iowa hot chicken sandwich. It's to die for.

I've always had good food here with one exception, perhaps my own fault. Ordered online. Chicken strips with mashed potatoes and gravy as a side and a side of gravy to dunk the chicken in. I expected chicken gravy and got cream gravy. I didn't see any specific mention of what style was included but I don't usually see cream gravy served with mashed potato and assumed it would be chicken gravy. That said, everything but the mashed potatoes has been wonderful. It's been a long time since this order but they were under seasoned and kinda brown. I haven't had them since. My experience today with the fish and chips was delightful! Not too crazy tartar sauce, properly battered fish, well seasoned fries, tasty coleslaw, and a proper wedge of lemon to zest things up if you desire. Fast, hot, and tasty!
