Great coffee! Pastries looked good too. There was only one person that was serving drive thru and dine in. They were friendly, cheerful and quick. I sat out with a friend on the patio, we had a wonderful time.
If you love great coffee, don’t come here. The owner makes “pour over” coffee by quickly grinding beans and dumping boiling water over them carelessly. Somehow managed to make my light roast taste burnt and flavorless. The shop itself was fine and quiet, but you can do way better in the area.
Quiet shop. Great coffee. Not a lot of foot traffic, so great for meetings!
Terrific coffee and quiet location. Very friendly owner!
My dog and I drove to Timbuktuu every morning until she died. It's close to us, easy to access, and gives out dog treats. Plus I love that the owner is usually on site. Not to mention an orange cat that supervises the outside parameter. I hope they can expand someday so there is more room to meet with friends or business associates. On the other hand, we don't want Timbuktuu to ever lose its neighborhood vibe. Support locally owned small businesses!
After reading several reviews we were wondering if we might have a contentious experience. We had a pleasant experience and very good coffee. Always like to support local businesses.
Owners and workers have always been wonderful to order from and converse with. Try the Southern Pecan flavored drip coffee!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was yelled and WiFi was disconnected for opening a sparking water. I intermittent fast so do not eat or drink flavored drinks before noon. But he accused me of eating candy bars and hiding the wrappers lol!? Will never come back again.
Quick, friendly, excellent coffee.
Cozy. Friendly staff.

I've tried to get a job here for a week and a half, every time I go there's either no application or I try and call and no one ever answers the phone. And they don't have a website😂
My friend I met here to have coffee (we had a couple young kids with us). We have only been here one other time and it was over 10 years ago so we thought we should try again instead of our usual place. The barista was not friendly when we asked questions. It's as if he was annoyed that we had a bunch of questions or that we had our kids with, but they were not causing any issues. I ordered a decaf latte and when they announced my drink they didn't say decaf so I asked to double check since I can't have caffeine and they seemed annoyed. When my drink was finally cooled enough for me to drink, I took one sip and it did not taste good. I realized I forgot to get coconut milk or almond milk because I can't drink regular milk. It was an honest mistake. I rarely get coffee. When I asked if they could remake it they were so rude to me and said, "you'll have to pay for a whole new drink since we have to throw this away. It's not our fault you ordered wrong and now we are throwing away $3." I was in shock at how rude they were to me. I know any other coffee shop would have corrected it for me. I have worked in a coffee shop and a couple restaurants and know to treat customers better than this. This was extremely poor customer service and I will NEVER be going back. I will be making sure none of my friends go there either.
The white chocolate mocha is TO DIE FOR. good prices and a lot of options, all super yummy. The barista can be kind of cranky though 😂
I have always loved this place. Until today, I went to the coffee shop to get a strawberry smoothie, that's exactly what I ordered. Nowhere on the menu does it show banana in it. I have ordered this drink many times for this reason. Banana hurts my digestive tract and I am mildly allergic. When I took a sip I asked if there was banana politely. He snapped at me very angrily and said yes. I asked if I can get a plain strawberry smoothie and he said it was offensive to question his drink making skills. He said it would take a few minutes to make over. I said fine. And he slammed the drive through door in my face and gave me cash for my debit transaction. I waited there hoping to have a conversation with him he continued to speak to me rudely and tell me I was a waist of time. He said to come back tomorrow when someone is willing to make me what I order. So I went back inside waited for customers to get the order before trying to start an adult conversation. He was unwilling to give me a manager name or an apology for his hostile attitude and remarks towards me. Not only fid he raise his voice and say Im the offensive one he made derogatory remarks, call me a waste of time. He involved other customers who had nothing to do with out transaction. Lets just say I will not be going here again. They lost there 4-6 day a week customer
It's a very small coffee shop. Barrister was very nice. Very efficient. Tea was fresh. Friends said coffee was good. The usual snacks were there. Very quiet.
