Totally Rolled Ice Cream

What a lovely ice cream shop! They asked my toddler if she wanted to roll her ice cream when it wasn’t busy. She did want to, and she had a great time! Tasty ice cream and nice people!

Kid-friendliness: The employee was extremely kind to my child and offered to let her have the experience of rolling her own ice cream. It was above expectations and so kind.

Absolutely love Totally Rolled Ice Cream at the Arizona Sports Complex! The flavors are incredible, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The ice cream was amazing I was at there food truck at a football game of my brothers but they were a little slow but everything else was amazing, and they were inclusive of peoples allergies like peanuts and nuts not me but just in general such nice people.

So good we had to go twice! Another gem on our trip to West Des Moines for the National Speech and Debate Tournament. The team loved it! My favorite combo: Vanilla, Heath, Cookie Dough, Salted Caramel Sauce, Whipped Cream.

First time here and it was nice. The store was very clean and well thought out. The staff were very friendly and helpful since it was our first time. We chose simple vanilla with brownie. It was interesting watching how the rolled ice cream was made and the ice cream was good but it tasted more like “lite” ice cream with “brownie sprinkles”. It was a “mini show” but I guess I am more of a “traditional” ice cream person but would recommend for a first time experience.

My friends and I stopped here to get some ice cream. My friend has an allergy and the workers called her name for her order and she instantly started eating it. Realizing shortly after it was not her dairy free ice cream it was another order that had her name on it. I proceeded to walk up and let them know they had the wrong name on the order. After they explained I walked to my seat and over heard the coworkers talking about how I had an attitude. Yes, I had an attitude because there was a dairy free order due to an allergy and it was messed up. We are very lucky our friend doesn’t have a severe allergy to it. I think the names they are writing on the bottoms of the cups need to be customized per person not per order.

I’m very disappointed. On the website it says that you close at 10. Then I went to the store at 8:56 and went to open up the door and it was locked. The workers were standing in there but didn’t say anything just looked at me. Then I looked at the sign and it said it closed at 9:00, but the doors were locked early. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to it all day, but I was busy and just got a chance to go now. As well as the website is messed up because it said it was open till ten but that obviously isn’t the case. Could you please get this problem fixed please. then maybe i could give a better review.

Certainly not worth $9 - $12. Was $57 for 6 cups of ice cream at Hy Vee Hall. Not nearly the value of

Not only was this fun for our kids, but the staff was a joy. Great variety of toppings, clean, and tasty!

Good rolled ice cream, however, be prepared to wait. Took them over 25 minutes to make my ice cream, The bathroom door doesn’t lock ig and it’s super dirty. A good place just needs to be way more organized
