Totally Rolled Ice Cream

Before we started our order, one of the bowls fell on the floor and the worker put it back in the stack instead of throwing it away. The ice cream was not very flavorful and the marshmallows in the s'more ice cream was really burnt.

A group of us came from California to participate in the senior Olympics. We play on a volleyball team and we went to totally rolled ice cream in West Des Moines and we were so excited and pleased with the service. Jaden was very attentive. Alexis and Nicoll were also very friendly and helped us decide which of the yummy flavors that we partook of I would definitely recommend anybody who comes to this area to treat themselves to some amazing flavored ice cream and happy and delightful employees.!!

Sad to rate this 1 star today. I ordered a #7 and a #9 and was very underwhelmed. The brownie (#9) was lacking in any flavor. Tasted just like heavy whipping cream with no sweetness. No brownie was added to the top. It was boring!
The mint cookie one was fine. There was at least a mint flavor, but again, no mint cookie added to the top as advertised.

I’m disappointed all together. I have come here since it opened and LOVE it. I have continuously brought my niece often. We haven’t come in almost a year and I sadly won’t be going back after this. It’s gone DOWNHILL massively. Unfortunately for a once “best in Des Moines metro” ice cream shop.

On a busy Saturday, seemed like they had 14 year olds running it that were more worried about chatting with their friends than making orders. Really weird setting. Waited well over 20 mins for our order

Sticky floor which caused my heel to get stuck and the result of my heel getting stuck was a tore achilles I just wanted ice cream but now I am stuck in hospice

The process was interesting to watch and the ice cream was good though not necessarily better than buying good ice cream from the store

I came here with my little brother. The nice boy working told us about the menu and made everything easy. Ice cream was really creamy!

What a lovely ice cream shop! They asked my toddler if she wanted to roll her ice cream when it wasn’t busy. She did want to, and she had a great time! Tasty ice cream and nice people!

Kid-friendliness: The employee was extremely kind to my child and offered to let her have the experience of rolling her own ice cream. It was above expectations and so kind.
