Came in and was seated. Didn't see a waitress for 10 mn put our order in for drinks. We watched the bartender pour them and they sat on the bar for 10mn b4 I walked up and got them myself. There were only 3 or 4 other couples so it wasn't busy. Not how it it should be. Probably won't be back. Decided to finish our drinks and decided not to order food. Paid and left

The atmosphere puts Wellman's over the top - the food and service are good, but meeting a group on the rooftop bar is such a great experience that Wellman's deserves 5 stars!

We were seated outside and asked what they had for craft beer. The waitress said you can only get craft beer inside; and outside, she could only serve domestics like Bud, Miller, etc. I've never heard of a restaurant that only serves part of their menu depending on where you sit. The main bar inside was only about 30 feet away. We left and went to Blue Shark Ale House that we thoroughly enjoyed. We didn't like the loud music and TVs. The menu looked basic, yet relatively high prices. We were never greeted by the hostess, only asked "how many". We mentioned why we were leaving to the hostess, and she just said "ok". Based on other reviews that agree, we made the right choice. I don't see any responses from the owner, and based on review feedback it seems this is just a cash cow for the owners, who don't actually value training staff and giving a great customer experience.

Every time we dine here, someone’s meal ends up being improperly cooked. We visited on a Sunday to watch football, and they only had two servers working. Our server mentioned that several staff members had called in again. The food quality and service have been inconsistent, which has made our dining experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.
