The drive thru person doesnt listen or understand what you said. She asked for my order, tells me to wait a minute. Comes back on and asked me to repeat my order! I ordered a Daves single, with ONLY ketchup, pickle , tomato and mayo. I leave take a bite there is cheese. When i places my order I said ONLY. The night staff doesnt listen well and have attitudes like the customers are the problem.

Overall a terrible experience, if your looking for the worst food/experience around waited 10 mins for my order to get brought out and it was cold, how do you make a customer wait for food that’s already cold?? The man at the window in the drive through set the pace of what kind of establishment this really is, extremely rude and bossy about how “his place is ran”. I love Wendy’s but I’ll never return to this location due to the service I got and the cold food that was brought out after being told to wait for the food to be done! 1/10 experience

Been to this Wendy's twice now, both times great service! JaySean was super kind and patient while I ordered. I went back to wash my hands and he had my order ready and handed it to me when I got back. Love the clean storefront, and the separate sink is nice so you can wash your hands without having to touch a bathroom door. Two sausage biscuits and potato wedges were super hot and fresh, and great on pricing, $5ish total. Thanks again for your great customer service JaySean!

Today is National Cheeseburger Day. We explained that to him, he said there is no such thing, and if there is it's probably not gonna work.
