I am sad to have to write this because this location has been fantastic since they rebuilt. However today I was extremely disappointed. I came through the drive through to get a taco salad. Got through the line fine and the was staff nice, but the food was awful. The salad I received had standing water in the bottom of the container and all of the lettuce was wilted as well. I tried to eat it but just couldn't and had to throw it out and I was back at work at that time so I couldn't go back to the store to have them correct it. So now I'm at work hungry because I had to throw away my lunch :(. Oh well I will survive I'm just disappointed.

Overall got a 3 because the experience was hilarious! Pull up to the drive through and was asked to wait. Not abnormal, so I do. While I wait I smell a freshly smoked wacky tabacky. A dude comes on the speaker and asks for my order. I say "An Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich, medium, with a regular T." He says "Just regular tea, no flavor or sweetener?" I say "Correct." He says "Alright, what would you like to drink?" I respond with "A regular tea....?" He goes "Alright your total is 13.76, pull up to the 2nd window." I say "Thanks." He responds with "Would you like anything else?" I chuckle and say "Nah man, I'm good." There was a dude taking payments in the first window...ok no problem. I get to the 2nd window and the dude that took my order asks if I wanted bacon on my Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich. Of course I do? Cause otherwise I would've ordered a regular chicken sandwich. I get home and there's no LTOP, ranch, bacon, or cheese. Literally got a regular chicken sandwich for the price of and Asiago Ranch. The fries were soggy and warm. My tea was the best part and it was watered down. I wasn't given a copy of my receipt, so I can't fill out a review otherwise. Employees of this location, if you're gonna smoke on your shift, make sure you can handle it. 🤣

The burger buns were a bit hard and the food was cold. Also, took a bit of time for anyone to assist us even though there were 3 individuals standing right in front looking at us and went back to talking and on their phone.

For whatever reason, this location’s dining room seems to be locked way more often than not. The only reason I could think that the management would be willing to turn away so much in-house business is pure laziness, which makes me wonder if they’re lazy on the food standards too. Based upon other reviews, it appears a lot of others feel the same about this staff being much more undisciplined and lazy than your average fast food location. As someone in food service myself, have some pride in what you do, and have some shame in what you’re doing wrong.
I did the drive thru. I tried the mushroom, bacon cheese burger.( So-so.) I think the bacnator is better. I'll see if they can add mushrooms to it. They changed their fries too. If they would add onion rings to the menu it would be a big improvement.

The guy didn't listen to a word I said, and then charged me for things I didn't order, then the manager almost short changed me, not to knock her but she can't add
