That's all right decent hamburgers they never give you enough fries the service staff is a little incompetent but you know that on your phone makes it worth it you can get a cheap meal and rack up points pretty easily if you want to lunch that's really cheap and fast and convenient then check it out for my money I'd rather go to b-bops

Staff was friendly. The car ahead in drive thru had some troubles with their order. This lead to a long wait (10-15 minutes). It would have been nice to have them pull ahead or around. When we got our food the drive thru window people were very apologetic, but food had been ready for way too long so it was room temp - cool. Hopefully this was a one off. Orange frosty was soso.

The sign on the door says the lobby opens at 9:00 Am. Yesterday we came at 11:15 AM and the door was locked, but they unlocked it and let us in. Today we showed up at 9:10 and the door was locked. The employees were all giving us dirty looks. I knocked on the window and people inside were shaking their heads no at me. Then eventually one guy came and opened the door. It smelled like smoke when he opened it. He told us that they wasn't open. I said the sign on the door says they open the l9bby at 9 am. He said they don't have to open if they don't have enough people. There was 4 of them standing there when we walked up to the door.

I went to Wendy's for dinner to get some chili and this is the fourth time I've gone there and they're out of it you would think the manager would be smart enough to make more chili but he's not and he wouldn't even give my money back that I had paid over the internet don't bother going there the food's not that great if they even had it

Manager here is very rude! I have been getting a single baconator since it came out and he proceeded to tell me he cant make a single it has to be a double he could not take a patty off its impossible then i wanted crispy bacon and he then said its pre made we cant cook it more first time iv heard any of this at any wendys wont return to this location again!Food was cold too!
Burgers were warm, not hot. It was okay, but certainly not as good as it could be or has been. At least at this store. Don't know if we'll eat there again.

You don't put someone new on register that don't know what he is doing. I used my debit card have money in account and it kept saying not approved lol ?cause he was doing something funny over 1000 and not approved think he needs more training or was there machine. Used at gas station few mins later no problem . Idiots they are slow at getting food out doing anything
