Pizza was good. Perhaps a bit light on toppings. I paid for added onions and didn't notice many. Cheese was a bit light compared to other Papa Johns pizzas I've had as well. The delivery transaction was fantastic. My polizza came piping HOT. I would definitely give this store another try.

We ordered two mushroom pizzas. They sent one out for delivery so when we went in to pick up our order, we had to wait an extra 15 minutes. One pizza was warm, one pizza was cold by the time we got home. The pizza had minimal amount of mushrooms on it. No effort was made to compensate for their mistake. Sent a complaint in through the Papa Johns app – said I’d like to be contacted by email, but the owner called me and left a voicemail instead. He asked me for “my side of the story”…What? I had already included all the information in my submission online (apparently unread). So I sent another complaint again stating that I wanted to be contacted by email – here I am 24 hours later & I have not heard from anyone. Very disappointing.

They are clearly understaffed. I recieved the incorrect pizza altogether. I waited 10 minutes at the register with no one to take my order.The food and recipes were delicious as always. I drive from towns away to go here... please pay attention

The person who made my pizza gave us great customer service and the pizza was so delicious! We have never ordered from this PJs before, so we were greatly surprised! I came inside to pay and the cook popped out and gave me an ETA on the pizza, and he was spot on! Once the pizza was home, it didn't last more than 5 minutes with my boys! Thanks again.

Save your money and don't even waste your time ordering from this place. We have given them multiple chances to get orders right and there is always something wrong. We have never had a single order right. I have order online and they still mess it up. When ordering online and get to the store they overcharged me. Luckily I caught it before I left and had to go back in to get a refund. They say they will take care of something next time you are in, but the owner that makes that promise is never there to make good on that deal. I am still owed a free pizza, but will never order from this place again and would recommend that you don't either. Order from Paul Reveres they know how to get your oder right.
