Dairy Queen of West Union

I had about a 15 minute wait one day with 2 cars in front of me, max. I was trapped in the one lane drive through, and I had no way to get out, otherwise I would have just left. Also, the prices here are higher than other DQ’s in Oelwein and Manchester. It makes no sense why a small kids cup of vanilla ice cream is close to $3.

Stopped for a blizzard on my way home from Decorah. Wonderful staff, excellent service, and an overflowing awesome cheesecake blizzard!!

Not open on easter. i’m hungry

Stopped in while driving through town for ice cream. Oddly the place had a lot of business on a week day afternoon. Customer service was great, and our order was made fast and correctly. I would recommend this Dairy Queen over most I've been to! Thank you!

Great people

Was coming back from the Buddy Holly crash site and stopped here with my mom.
Terrible service at counter, long wait and cold food. Had the chili dog combo my mom had cheeseburger combo. Did not get the sundaes that were part of the combo.
Didn't complain because I will not be going back if in area again.
While waiting saw a Arby's across the street and wondered how much better it would have been, no way it could have been worse.

I brought my clients to eat ice cream and there yt they got service very quickly and they had a rush but of course they served me last bc I’m the only black woman in the restaurant. So my clients kept asking where was my ice cream and I told them they prob going to serve me last.

Ordered a tenderloin basket. Oil needs to be changed so the food tastes better. Fries were a bit greasy.
