I went through the drive-thru and was very specific about my order. When I got my order and started driving it was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. I am allergic to ketchup and that was the only thing they put on it! I was already miles away so I threw it out!

Everyone is always friendly there and the majority of the time, the food tastes like it was just made and not sitting under a heat lamp. I prefer Hardees over McDonald's and Burger King, so it's a shame that there's not as many around anymore. But if I had to choose, I would say this would be my favorite Hardee's location (West Union, IA) of all the one's I've been to. 🤗👍

I will not eat here ever again, the prices are outrageous, but more importantly they will not honor coupons the hardees directly emailed to me. I drove over a half hour round trip to get a meal deal that I had an unexpired coupon for, and the manager on duty would not honor it. Terrible customer service, especially since this was the 2nd time this happened to me. The prices are extravagant for fast food, I remember when you could feed a family of 4 for about $10 here at this Hardees and now they are price gouging to about $30 for 4. Not honoring coupons is not acceptable, they would still get a decent amount for the meal after the coupon was taken off. It's just bad service and bad judgement by the management. It's a shame because the food is usually pretty good here.
