I've been in the restaurant business for 21 years and i've never heard a more rude drive threw employee in my life. If you don't have any customer services skills you should'nt be taking a customers order.

First time going to this Hardee's. Came through west union on work trip and got a 5 piece chicken tenders with a small fries and drink. The fountain drinks were deluded and i tried 3 drinks(cherry coke, mello yellow, and barqs root beer) The chicken was supposed to be fresh and hot as per what the workers told us but they were mildly warm at best and my friend only got 4 tenders, they had us wait for 10 minutes for them as well. The fries were actually pretty good. Hot and fresh with good amount of salt. The place was not busy at all, with only 5 elderly people sitting. And 2 cars in drive thru. Visited at 3pm.

Great breakfast, biscuits and gravy was amazing, best coffee in town.. Kendra was super friendly. Love the atmosphere and I will be back! Kendra showed me the Hardees app now we get some better discounts.

I went through the drive-thru and was very specific about my order. When I got my order and started driving it was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. I am allergic to ketchup and that was the only thing they put on it! I was already miles away so I threw it out!
