First time going to this Hardee's. Came through west union on work trip and got a 5 piece chicken tenders with a small fries and drink. The fountain drinks were deluded and i tried 3 drinks(cherry coke, mello yellow, and barqs root beer) The chicken was supposed to be fresh and hot as per what the workers told us but they were mildly warm at best and my friend only got 4 tenders, they had us wait for 10 minutes for them as well. Great breakfast, biscuits and gravy was amazing, best coffee in town.. Kendra was super friendly. Love the atmosphere and I will be back! Kendra showed me the Hardees app now we get some better discounts.
Everyone is always friendly there and the majority of the time, the food tastes like it was just made and not sitting under a heat lamp. I prefer Hardees over McDonald's and Burger King, so it's a shame that there's not as many around anymore. But if I had to choose, I would say this would be my favorite Hardee's location (West Union, IA) of all the one's I've been to. 🤗👍
