All the chairs were up, slow, out of lettuce, mayo, ice, lids, turkey. Wouldn’t take coupons. All around awful experience.

Worst experience that a subway in a really long time. They were literally out of all ingredients except for like tomatoes and olives, and banana peppers. I had mine toasted, and the end was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The kid helping us didn’t even give a second thought to the fact that he had no ingredients to actually make a sandwich with. And then to top it off, they didn’t have any bags.

Started to order and the worker stopped us and said before you order I’ll tell you what we don’t have. We didn’t need any of the missing items so we continued to order. Bread was so dry that we could not eat it. A guest in line behind us asked for a certain type of bread and the worker said it was too hot and didn’t want to burn her hands so she wouldn’t give it to him. None of the chairs were taken down at lunch time so we had to take our own down. The chairs were moldy on the bottom and I had to wipe the table down before we ate.

We arrived at 1145am Nov 26 2024. Ordered a 12 inch turkey sub. when we opened the sandwich we discovered the bun was so hard it eas imposible to bite the bun. I spoketo the idiot behind the counter and he kepy saying that the buns were made fresh that morning which was a lie. It looked like the bun had set out on the counter for at least a week. the idiot said that he would make me another sandwich bur would have to charge the full price. we ended up just eating the insides and left the bun because it was uneatable. absolutly rediculous.
