i went there early this afternoon and the sweetest beautiful soul greeted me at the window and complimented me and was just overall so sweet truly made my day she was so nice and i hope she knows how far her little words of kindness went we really need more people like her in the world she is such an inspiration and i will never forget her kindness. truly beautiful on the inside and out!!

Stopped on way home after IA women's basketball for bathroom and dinner to go. Wife said entire place was remodeled and fresh. Meal was a bit delayed but fries were hot and fresh and sandwiches made perfectly. Manager on duty was very informative, chatty and friendly with delay updates. Even offered up a free strawberry lemonade refused at the drive thru which was very tasty.

Best Roast beef sandwich I have had at an Arby's in years.
Came into Arby's today after a long bike ride from Amana to Williamsburg.
I was blown away by the food, service, and atmosphere. My crispy chickens were refreshing and they had no problem with me refilling my water bottle for the journey back! Sweet jazz was playing in the background, the area was very clean, and the temperature was nice and cool.
Chevy who was working the front was very kind and was doing an amazing job. Thank you Arby's, along with the rest of the employees who helped with my experience ❤️

Very boisterous cashier. She was great and very out going. 345 and we had the whole restaurant to our selves. My husband loved his loaded Italian sandwich. My roast beef was slightly disappointing. I have never had fat in one before. The fries were hot and crispy. They were perfect. Drinks were well mixed. Overall a good experience.
