The staff is always very friendly, however for whatever reason they can never seem to remember to put the extra bacon (we pay extra for) on his breakfast sandwich. He orders it the same way every time and we have had to call about it probably a dozen times this year.

Gone to this McDonalds couple times hoping they would be different then before but it just gets worst each time. 3 times in a row now I have ordered sweet tea for my son and got watered down tea or unsweetened when it clearly says sweet. And inside is always a mess. And tonight we got a sandwich that you could see the handprints on the bun. And squished Like they squeezed it. And it was cold. Honestly WTH is going on here. Every time I’ve tried to say something I get called rude and ignore. Or thy can’t do anything about it.

Traveling and stopped at McDonalds. Not sure what the ladies name is at the drive through window, but she sure was a friendly little sugar bug. Big smile, Great experience!

What on earth is going on at the Williamsburg McDonald’s? I sat in lane 2 for what felt like an eternity while lane 1 cars were getting served like royalty. Not a single word came over the speaker. Finally, I pulled forward thinking maybe they just missed me. Instead of an apology, the tall young employee at the window decided to scold me like I was in kindergarten, calling me “impatient.” Then, get this, he flat out refused to take my order and told me I needed to go all the way back around and sit in line again. Excuse me?? I wasted time sitting there, got insulted, and then was denied service for daring to expect, you know… actual service.

If “fast food” means sitting forever in silence only to be told off and turned away, congratulations, Williamsburg McDonald’s, you nailed it.

Shoutout to Diage who took my order at the drive-thru this afternoon. Such a kind and warm person. Also to Maddie at the window where she handed me my order. My first time seeing these two. The food was hot and fresh and the service was exceptional, served with a ready smile!

This place is horrible, takes forever to get cold food. Tell you just a sec in the drive through and take multiple orders from the lane next to you as you wait. Next time I am going to Arby’s across the street. Just one bad review after another, nobody cares. That’s there image these days.

Waited for table service for 20 minutes. Unlike what the sign on the table says about ordering on the app and then the food being delivered to the table is straight nonsense. They call your number and you go get it yourself. If that's the case take the signs stating otherwise off so you don't look like idiots.

They close the doors at 9. they still serving the drive thru and it’s 10:15pm. Called the number asked if I can grab some food they said no lobby is closed and hung up.
