The worst McDonald's I've ever seen, the Deli Double is cold, the tea is cold, they don't make French fries, they don't make Latte. Everything is cold, I highly don't recommend it.

20 minutes waiting in the drive thru with NO response other than give me a moment, go inside to see what's happening and guess what another 10 minutes waiting on them to just bother to have someone at the counter. Teens just standing around joking about and not working....real great guys. Your managers obviously suck

Ordered in the drive through and waited over 25 min after paying before leaving bcuz we couldn’t wait longer. No reimbursement or food. 8 plus cars were also asked to wait for food

disrespectful, discourteous, impolite, blunt, inconsiderate, abrupt, thoughtless rude employee. Several seniors without knowledge to run kiosk. No service at register.. we were all left to figure out on our own. Cared more about drive thru than dine in persons. Have traveled several states and can say this has been my worst experience with McDonald's. Sad. When asked about military discount the quick curt response this is a corporate run location ! ???

Stephanie is a very good employee. She listened to my situation and kept a positive attitude despite my negative one. She fixed my issue before I even knew what happened. You don't get this kind genuine service just anywhere. Stephanie Made my day and has a great future ahead of her.
In the past month there have been some changes to the drive thru and you usually have to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes for your food. But my main complaint in the last year is the food. I’d say 9 times out of 10 something is cold and hard, just plain gross. And our burgers are falling out of their wrappers with the ingredients just all over in the wrapper. Very disappointing.
