The staff is always very friendly, however for whatever reason they can never seem to remember to put the extra bacon (we pay extra for) on his breakfast sandwich. He orders it the same way every time and we have had to call about it probably a dozen times this year.
Shoutout to Diage who took my order at the drive-thru this afternoon. Such a kind and warm person. Also to Maddie at the window where she handed me my order. My first time seeing these two. The food was hot and fresh and the service was exceptional, served with a ready smile!
Stephanie is a very good employee. She listened to my situation and kept a positive attitude despite my negative one. She fixed my issue before I even knew what happened. You don't get this kind genuine service just anywhere. Stephanie Made my day and has a great future ahead of her.
