What a hidden gem! We were in town for the 1st time for our nephews archery competition and stopped. We didnt expect the food to be so exceptional. Probably the best bar food we have ever had. Small, quaint, friendly. They had an unexpected crowd & still managed to nail it with friendly service! We will make the hour drive from home to experience it again. My husband had the Philly & highly recommends it! I had a burger & it was fantastic!

Its a little hole in the wall, but the food was actually super good, Im still thinking about that Philly cheese steak. It was absolutely loaded with meat. I'd definitely stop here again if I pass through that area.

Good tenderloin, friendly service, small town bar atmosphere and Iowa friendly staff. Post RAGBRAI stop on the way home, hot, tired, sweaty and wet, but service was still excellent and friendly. We were there when the place was almost empty, so very quiet place. I imagine when it is full, it can get pretty loud

Went here because of the “99 Counties tic toc videos” was NOTHING like the video. Food was burnt, cheese balls burnt. No pickles. Onions and tomato’s were diced up into super small chunks instead of slices. The massive range cup he got in the video I got a small serving cup after begging twice. I didn’t even mention the terrible service yet. No one should ever eat at this place unless you have to or live next door.
