I'm going to be as nice as possible as this is a small business and I personally know the wonderful family who owns it. The food used to be so incredible! It tasted fresh and was so flavorful. I know that times are tough for everyone, but I have noticed a severe decline in quality in their burritos specifically. A couple of years ago, you a burrito at El J's you get a burrito packed it ingredients. Fresh lettuce, sour cream, rice, beans, and meat. The burritos are now majority beans and meat. This isn't even touching on the shrink-flation, the prices have raised but the burrito somehow gets smaller and skinnier. I don't want to bash El J's, but I want to give an honest review of the experiences I've had and the change in quality. Good luck to the owners and loyal customers.

This restraunt is a family favorite for my family we like ordering burritos when we forgot to cook, and we also like to go eat here after boating, for a birthday, or for a performance, they have excellent service. El Jaliciense is super delicious! 1000% recommended!

The enchilada was delicious, tasty sauce which totally makes a enchilada i believe but thats just my personal opinion...the rice pretty dried out, beans were ok. Asada taco was good but could had more time on grill with more seasoning. The lady was super nice and excellent waitress. Over all I would return for sure , hot sauce and chips were also excellent ?
