After eating my fill at the pizza place, I walked outside and saw a sign across the street that said, "Homemade Ice-cream." Was I hungry? No... Did I need ice-cream? Again, no... Did I WANT ice-cream? ABSOLUTELY! Especially Homemade ice-cream! What a nice little mercantile! The ice-cream was really good! The lady that runs the store was really friendly and helpful. She shared facts about the business and other little historic notes about the town. This is a good place to find a few things you need, and a few things you didn't think you need! They have the usual flavors of ice-cream, but they also have some unique ones as well. For example... cactus prickly-pear! And Huckleberry! Very delicious! Stop by and check it out! It's worth it! Thank you for the delicious treat, Albion Mercantile! I'll be back!

Lovely staff, cute place, and amazing waffle cones! I love a good homemade waffle cone. But the homemade ice cream was just okay. Flavors are mild, colors are artificial, and the texture was all wrong. Next time I’ll just get an empty waffle cone haha. But it was a great snack after a local hike. Thanks!

We always stop in when we're adventuring around or just feel like taking a family drive from Burley to Albion for a scenic view and ice cream.

We took a drive from Burley to investigate the mercantile. Glad we did because we discovered black licorice and cookie butter ice cream which is made at the store. The black licorice was so full of flavor, smooth and creamy. The cookie butter was made with biscotti cookies and was decadent. We have had ice cream all over the country. These two flavors are worth a trip to Albion. They had 8 more to choose from which were all great.
As for the rest of the mercantile, they must have every syrup flavor made for drinks that they make fresh. I had a sparkling peach, yummy. Churro flavored pork rinds, they had those too along with many other pork rinds flavors. There was a wide variety of sweet treats and Idaho art. The Adirondack chairs on the porch is where we enjoyed our purchases while a light rain fell. A trip well worth the drive.

Was in town for the weekend to fish and mountain bike and loved this place! Amazing homemade ice cream and lots of fun local items for sale. Great to pick up a few grocery items too. Will definitely be back on our next time in Albion!!

Fun store and great ice cream!
The ice cream was AMAZING! Best homemade ice cream I’ve ever had. They make it right there in the store and they always have fun delicious flavors. Huckleberry and the Biscoff cookie are my two favorites. Great little family owned business.
