Piggy Sue BBQ is a popular spot for delicious BBQ. Their brisket is highly praised, with some calling it the best they've ever had—very tender and served with bread, onion, homemade sauce, and pickles. The Texas burger is also a hit, as big as a Texas belt buckle and topped with smoked brisket, coleslaw, and pickled jalapenos. The ribs and Pulled Pork are moist, tender, and stuffed with all the fixin's. The Mac Daddy with brisket is crazy good, and the ColeSlaw is fantastic. Great portions and hard to beat for the price. The restaurant offers outdoor seating in a rose garden or by cornhole boards, and staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even on days they’re normally closed. Ask about live music, usually on the third Saturday of the month during summer.
