Just ate here today, VERY tender brisket, ribs were very good, ColeSlaw was fantastic! Great portions and I would definitely go again. Great stop on the way to City of Rocks, or Lake Cleveland.
The most delicious and best Brisket in Idaho!! served right with bread, onion, homemade sauce, and pickles like in my home state of Texas! PiggieSue does it right! ❤️❤️❤️

The restaurant offers outdoor seating in a rose garden or by cornhole boards, and staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even on days they're normally closed. Customers have praised the 3 meat plate with brisket, pulled pork, and ribs as an amazing amount of food to share. The Mac Daddy with brisket is a hearty portion, and the brisket can also be purchased by the pound. The staff is said to do a catfish fry once a month, which is worth checking out. Piggy Sue BBQ has received high marks for catering a family reunion, with the brisket and BBQ sauce being standouts.
