Usually a good experience here, but a couple weeks ago on a Wednesday we had a terrible interaction/food. Everything except our drinks was messed up. We ordered two large Falls burger combos, with tots and added bacon on both. Neither had bacon or tots, the fries we received were not large, and one of the burgers was a single patty instead of the double it’s supposed to come with. Neither had cheese, which I’m not sure if that burger has cheese or not, but I thought last time I got it, it did.
We called when we got home and realized everything but the drinks were incorrect and the boy I spoke to said “well what do you want me to do about it?” We didn’t want to come back, an offer of a refund or comp meals for next time would have been nice.
I called and left a voicemail the next day to speak to a manager, and have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointing service and food.

I’ve came here for years I’m not just someone who’s passing through town. I’ve helped back on reviewing hoping for it to get. When it’s slow your waiting 15-30 mins when there busy just plan on going a different day. When they forget to give you your right order they will act like it’s your fault and are just rude employees. When your getting your food and the employee smells or looks like they haven’t showered in weeks it’s great. Some self care and acting like your care about your job would be great. Food just doesn’t taste right it used to be great now it’s just not worth even eating there. Posting this after few days of another bad experience.

Stopped by on our way home from a long road trip. Food hit the spot with generous portions and yummy burger joint style food. Hit the spot.

This is a nice spot to stop in if you’re in American Falls. The service was fast and friendly. The young lady who helped us was super sweet. We had the steak fingers and a quarter pounder with tater tots. They were all great! (see photos) We each had a crunchy whip and they were both delicious as well. This is a definite redo for us. We will be back.

Always good food and great service here. I enjoy getting their ice cream and milkshakes, and they always have different ice cream Creations to try out. The drive-thru is conveniently and quick. Great place to stop to get your classic burger joint food.

They have really bad customer service, they take too long to give out ONEEEEE milkshake, I waited THIRTYYY MINUTES in line for one milkshake!!!

We ordered a 1/4 cheeseburger combo with tots. Got about 10 tots. Cheeseburger was 🫤 at best. Also ordered fish burger with cheese and fried zucchini. Fish was just ok. It did have a good crunch. Zucchini was terrible, batter is way too thick and absolutely no flavor. One of the best tips would be to use smaller buns. They are decent buns but WAY too big! Had to tear most of the bun away to get to the meat or fish.
