I usually love subway but the last couple of times I ordered the steak sandwich and the meat is squishy. Not my favorite.

I've heard a lot of stupid things in the fast food industry, but driving up to the drive thru, and then being told, "Welcome to Subway! Just so you know, our drive thru is closed because it is raining outside and if we opened the window, rain would get it." has to take the cake. It was sprinkling at the worst. Never been to any drive thru where I was denied because of rain. Also, while I am writing this, just about every time I have gone, they have messed out at least one sandwich every time. They are, for the most part, usually out of something. Don't be surprised if they don't have what you want. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Too bad its one of the only places to eat here.

I only gave 4 stars just because I felt sorry for the employee, he was the only working the restaurant on a Sunday late afternoon. He could have used help. A restaurant should never have just one employee on duty.

I’ve never been treated so rude at this American Falls Subway. I ordered a turkey salad and kindly asked if I could have my meat at least cut in half, and my tomatoes cut in half, and they proceeded to tell me that they don’t do chopped salads anymore… What! I have never even heard that in my life! They do it in Pocatello for me all the time. And the poor kid that she was training, was trying to pull the tomatoes apart and put them on my salad, she grabs it and starts taking them off of my salad and throws them all away! Then she put whole ones on, and gets mad at him and tells me that they don’t do that anymore. I don’t understand why that’s a problem now all of the sudden? It literally takes an extra two seconds! And a tiny bit of cheese? And when I said, can I please have a little bit more, she asked me if I would like to pay for extra… I said there’s not even any cheese on there! I’m not going to pay nine dollars for a salad with nothing on it! Then she proceeded to tell me that she would let me get away with it this time, but not next time. I am appalled at how rude they were in there today. I visit this subway at least three times a week, but that’s now going to change for sure. Hire staff that actually wants to be there. Because I’m pretty sure this lady doesn’t. Maybe that’s why you can’t keep anyone working.

How are you a Franchise restaurant, and yet you never have no bread ? When you make your own bread . I went in tonight they told me they only had wheat . What if I was allergic to wheat ? Never have any guacamole, always out of pepperjack cheese . Still blaming the Covid . There is a grocery store down the road . Frankly I am sick of Subway in American Falls . I can’t wait for them to close their doors . So now I am on my way to Pocatello to spend my money somewhere else . Firehouse subs .

I felt real sorry for the young lady making sandwiches. She was trying so hard to keep up. What I don't understand is there was a second lady there that was just walking around doing nothing. There was hardly any chips on rack, there was 1 cookie. The lady making sandwiches had to go back and get more stuff. In the mean time the other lady didn't do anything. I don't know who manages this subway, but it seems to be lacking. The sandwiches the young lady made us was good though.
