We ordered 3 entrees and one was missing, but we didn’t realize until we were home, across town. We go back through the drive thru and tell them, and they never clarified how the entree was supposed to be, so again, that was messed up. I also ordered the citrus shrimp tacos and they were all lettuce and 4 shrimp. The shrimp tasted like old fryer oil. No limes, no sauce. Never asked what tortillas I wanted. All around it tasted awful. This place has truly gone downhill

Overcharged me and several employees said it wasn't a big deal. One employee finally straightened it out. Drink station was a total disaster. My kids quesadilla had more meat than both of my tacos.

Fact: The drive-thru line at Café Rio is less efficient than a beet harvest performed with only sporks. We waited 35 minutes. Thirty-five. That is enough time for a wolf to stalk, kill, and eat its prey—and still have time to lick its paws.
When we finally received our food, my children’s quesadillas were cold. The cheese had hardened into a rubbery sheet resembling an old car tire. Inedible. Unacceptable. Also—my son discovered a small bone in his quesadilla. Fact: Quesadillas should not contain bones, unless you are making them out of the skeletons of your enemies (which, to my knowledge, Café Rio is not).
To make matters worse, the order was wrong. It takes more skill to produce an incorrect order than a correct one. How? Answer: laziness combined with chaos.
I give Café Rio one star, only because zero stars is not possible. If this restaurant were a beet farm, it would fail within a week. And I would purchase it for pennies, rebuild it properly, and fire everyone.
Fact: Never returning.

This is the first and last time I will be eating at Cafe Rio. Im not a professional cook but do beleive that the items for a burrito should be inside of it before wrapping it up. The burrito was large but mainly filled with beans and rice a teaspoon of shredded chicken and invisible cheese. Lettuce was a huge amount on the side of the burrito. Had a very hard time hearing what the line person was asking. I had to ask the cashier for sour cream and guacamole. I which I had to pay $1.90 for a teaspoon of guacamole. My husband had to order 2 tacos because of how small they are. They had very little meat, lettuce,and cheese but loaded with the tomatoes sulontra mix. Hes still hungry. And my daughter's kids quesidia was tiny.
I ordered a mangonada as well as a shredded beef quesadilla. I got my food as well as my drink but it was horrid. My drink was absolutely full of spice and it was too spicy to drink. I come here often and get this and it’s never been this bad. I am extremely upset because my mangonada tasted like a jalapeñonada. Not cool Cafe Rio, not cool…

Ordered 2 soft tacos with sweet pork there was not enough meat on both together for 1 taco very poor…ordered sweet pork bowl with extra meat which we were charged for and I got the least amount of meat that I have ever had. Unfortunately we did take out or they would have got both meals back. Three meals total cost 49.00 that was BS for the quality and quantity of food. Will not be going back this is the third time it has been bad so we are done.

This was a pretty good place. It has really good food. It also is pretty empty when I went for lunch. It was just a little pricy. Near the end of our eating they came around and gave us a sample of there pie. A little surgery but very good.

Never have problems doing walk in order but let me tell you, I have never gotten a single good drive through or door dash order. They will forget things you paid extra for, skimp out on meat, etc. got a salad delivered and I had about a table spoon of meet, they gave me shredded lettuce which I didn’t ask for, and was drenched with water. It looked like baby food. It was mushy and gross. The ranch was basically water. I wish they’d take care of their take out ordered as well as they do for walk ins. They get lazy knowing they aren’t being watched when making the meal if it’s delivery or drive through. Do better. Especially when I paid $40 for a meal I couldn’t even get myself to eat with how bad it was
