This Chick-fil-A consistently delivers a poor experience. It always seems to be loud and busy, which is not inherently a bad thing, but is when it is poorly managed.
This last time, while we were ordering, the FOH manager (tall, bright shirt) was standing near the registers and entertaining (flirting with?) several of the staff. Meanwhile, we were having a hard time communicating with the staff over at the register. He continued his antics while workers had to move around him. It was very frustrating for both us and the individual trying to take our order. This seems to be the norm in our experience.
The place gets two stars as the food is consistently Chick-fil-A quality. Our orders have been filled correctly. However, I would discourage trying the dining room.

Food and staff is ok, I got the cool wrap meal.
They never asked me how many sauces I would like to get and they completely forgot my Avocado lime ranch.
Food tasted good but fries were not fresh as expected.

Super busy place, but we finally stopped in through the drive-through at a less busy time (3:30 p.m.) and got a couple of sandwiches. We opted for the deluxe sandwich, which comes with cheese, lettuce and tomato, and pickle. Costing an extra 50 cents. Well, the tomato wasn't ripe, so it tasted nasty, and the one thin lettuce leaf was wilted. After removing those, the sandwich was great. Nice tender chicken. You would think if you paid extra you would actually want to eat the extras.
Customer service for ordering is slick and fast.

The drive through at this location can be very slow at times. Sometimes taking up to 25 mins.

Slow service. Avoid the drive thru. Employees no longer problem solve. Had to wait after an iPad stopped working. Car with big order should’ve been moved out of line, instead everyone behind waited. Very little pleasure.

This is the 4th time they get my order completely wrong. Obviously the food is good but a little more attention to service and order detail wouldn’t be a bad thing. I get it . It gets busy. But let’s be honest it’s not that complicated

I ordered a shareable and although the service was fast and delivery was perfect, they missed items on the order, Mac n cheese was missing and even trying to call them was unsuccessful because I just get a voicemail system. The order was a gift since I live in a different state so I couldn’t drive over to fix it. Very disappointed.

Gave my order up to somebody who was not door dash- spoke with the girl in the front desk and her reason was well we get too busy to be watching every door dash order. Unprofessional and childish excuses. Do better.

I’m leaving this review simply because I had an employee be really rude to me and to a fellow co-worker of his. I think his name was Delvin? (not 100% sure about his name)
I had a great experience with the food and overall service, but that interaction with that specific employee was TERRIBLE!!
After Delvin was really rude to me, the other co-worker (Christopher) came and was so nice to me and my friends and asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 ct meal with 2 8 cts. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes we finally got our order. After parking to eat I noticed that I received 3 8 counts. So I go inside and wait another 10 minutes in line and when I get up to the front to explain myself. The young worker decided that he would not help me because there was a long line and I didn’t bring my receipt in. He asked me to go back out to the car and get back in line. Pretty disappointed in yall for your pour Costomer care..

On december 4th 2024 at 8:55 pm we placed a mobile order through the Chicfila App.
We just sat in your parking lot for an hour total between getting in the drive thru and being told to go park… all for Luke warm fries and a burnt chicken sandwich. just to have to go around the store to the other side to go in to get our drinks they left out when they brought the food to the car. Usually I don’t have a problem with this store besides sauces being forgotten, but whatever is going on in there needs to be addressed… unacceptable and not how a chicfila is usually ran, having worked at one myself. Do better.

Food is okay if you eat regularly maybe, but not worth the wait during any rush period. Strange drive-thru setup they have makes it unfamiliar & confusing, which may be the point with how busy it usually is. If you only dine out rarely, best to avoid.

By far the slowest chick fil a I have ever been to. Plan a long wait if you go.
