Had never been to a Chip until now. The franchise owner was the one that helped usHe took the time to walk through the different cookies, how the process works, and what options we had for customizing the cookies. Him and his staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is great!!! I am a cookie lover and this place did not disappoint! Yes the staff was very kind and welcoming…. But the best part was that the cookies were phenomenal! Excited to try all of the flavors. We will definitely be back ?

This is a pretty good cookie option. Our go to option has to be the "boneless" cookie (a chocolate chip minus the chocolate chips) with cream cheese frosting. The cookie is so good and the frosting isn't super sweet. It's definitely a great alternative to Crumble.
