I went in around 7:30pm Monday 12/9 and the cashier was busy talking to a “friend” at the counter. She didn’t acknowledge me and I waited for a few minutes while she was talking to her friend. They were having a personal conversation—I could hear everything. very unprofessional and off putting. I’m so glad Crumbl lets their employees act like they can afford to lose customers.

Every time we buy cookies here, they are always so fresh and delicious! The staff is great. Our last stop, we really wanted the classic chocolate chip cookies, but they were out. The girls working told us that there was a tray in the oven and if we came back in about 20 min (bake time plus cool off), then we might be able to get some. I really appreciated that. We had time to kill. The chocolate chip cookies were the main reason my daughter and I stopped. So we did that. We came back and we're able to get a couple.
