In general service at least the drive-thru is good I don't usually go into the establishment...

If you want to bulk just eat here twice a week. There are deep fried cheese curds, the ice cream is very creamy, and basically everything on the menu is slathered in butter. It's kinda pricey compared to most fast food but I'd honestly be willing to pay any amount, it's that good. Thank you culver's for expanding west.

The last two times in 30 days our order was missing product. I called the first time and I was sent a card good for the missing burger and they threw in a mini concrete. Today, I sent my grandson to do a pick up due to my illness. It was missing an order of fries. The order was intended for three people and when you order small fries, those portions are small anyway, so it didn’t leave much for sharing. It’s not a lot of money lost, it’s just the inconvenience. You need to do better. I’m going to have to do business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I had you on pause for this before and decided to see if things had changed. Sadly, not yet.

Whenever I visit somewhere, I'm always happy to see they have a Culvers. Was glad to visit this location and enjoy the great food. Friendly workers and nice location. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

I come here on a consistent basis. The kid bringing out my food couldn’t find which car was mine and had my blizzard almost spilling out of the cup. My food was being handed through different people and I finally just walked in and asked for new food because it had been a while sitting out in the drive through. Didn’t get one apologize. Manger looked at me and didn’t say anything the rest of them time. I noticed you guys hired on new staff and I’ve been very patient the past few weeks but if Im paying money for my food it needs to be fresh and quick. I will change this review if I can get back to the great experiences I’ve had the next few times I come in. This was at 4pm on 4/21/25

I am accusing of false Adertising nothing more. If a customer shows a Pic of something offered then it should be honored. Also on a past review that someone gave 1 star. That's not a fair review. If you show up at 10pm and that's when it closes so be it. Workers need to be able to clean and leave at decent time. 10pm is there closing time don't be selfish and expect them to stay open for you. Imagine staying past your shift.

We dined in and got the Walleye fish dinner. It would’ve been good if it wasn’t drowning in grease. The bottom coating fell off because it was so drenched in oil. So disappointed, it really was disgusting. I wish that I asked for my money back. We will stick with On The Hook fish. Never had this problem with them.
