Why are they not including the sauces you ask for anymore?? Lately the times I’ve came I’ve asked for fry sauce or any sauce and it’s never included. I’ve even asked if they could just give it to me at the window before they shoo me away but they just say okay and close the window and ask me to pull forward when they see I haven’t left. I asked again if I could get fry sauce and they said it’ll be in the bag please pull forward and yet again it was not. I had to walk in to get it. Like why can’t they just give it to me at the window when I ask?

Every time I go there they get something wrong with my order (missing or adding something, sometimes entire orders of fried) and when I order ice cream they give you the tiniest scoop I've ever seen, like what they would give you if you had one of the freebie kids scoop. That wouldn't be an issue if it didn't happen every single time we got ice cream and I wasn't paying full price for it. It's honestly not worth it going to the one in Ammon. Just drive the extra couple of minutes and go to the better one by the eagle statue.

The best chicken sandwich, whether it's a grilled or crispy one, in idaho falls. The bun wasnt soggy, the tomayo was great along with the pickles and lettuce. Best cheese curds in town. Nice hot French fries. The hamburgers were good, but not sure why they are called butter burgers??The sprite was nice and cold with the right amount of ice. And the price was right!!

We came here an hour before closing. We were greeted upon entering. The employee who took our order was kind. We didn't feel rushed at all. We took a seat and a few minutes later our food came out.
The food was fresh and hot. The chicken sandwich looked exactly like the photo.
