I have always had good experiences here until recently… $11+ to make your own drink seems a bit excessive. Same drink made at another DF was just under $7. Kind of surprised by the inconsistency between pricing.

Not happy with the last couple of experience here. They have given me the wrong order and when I ask for the correct order I get rude service. Don't recommend...

Went there at 7pm on a Saturday. Music was playing and open sign was on, but after waiting for 5 minutes, honking, and knocking, we left because no one was there! 2 cars even came after us wanting service too, but left when they realized too. They didn’t close for another hour and had everything indicating they were open, but no workers?

Sad thing is that this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, but I had the whole family to get a treat, so it was more devastating than if it was just me.

Bread is amazing, Soda is great, but the flavored water drinks and lemonades don't taste good hardly ever. waters need some upgrades, they're too bland.
other than that drink factory is my go to place.

Shaydon from the Ucon Location did AMAZING! The poor kid was by himself and super slammed but he was very friendly and kept a good attitude for still being new! Thank you Shaydon!

I used to love the Drink Factory and was there at least four days a week. The last four attempts have been disappointing. First time they were out of Diet Coke and didn’t know when they would get more. Second time drink was messed up and had to return to get what I needed added, normally this would not annoy me but when I ordered and while I waited all I could hear was laughing and talking so I assume they just weren’t paying attention. Third attempt was a cold morning and I just wanted a hot chocolate but the machine was broken. And today completely out of pumpkin bread, okay so I asked for an Asiago bagel but out of that too. Thankfully they had at least a plain bagel. It was an okay bagel, not a ton of flavor but there was hardly any cream cheese on it and parts of the bagel was hard. Even though this soda shop is the closest to my house I think it’s time to go somewhere else.

I usually get my drinks from the Ammon location of Drink Factory over by Walmart. They were closed, but this location said they were open until 9 pm. I got there around 8:40 and watched as both employees left the building, got in their cars, and drove off. I went to Pick-me-up instead, as they actually honor their posted hours. Very disappointed.

Best custom soda shop around and they also have snacks. Make your own soda combo or pick off the menu. They make the drinks very fast.

My favorite place to get a cold delicious drink. The best in town! Gotta try the strawberry Coca Cola with vanilla cream!
