I stopped by twice today - it is closed. No sign or anything, just a locked door. First time was early afternoon and I figured they were taking lunch break or something…. Stopped by a couple hours later and still closed.

I work across the street at firehouse subs. I wanted to do something nice for our day crew. Ordered Halloween donuts online. Went to pick them up and your store was closed! I've been calling the store since yesterday. No answer! What's going on Duck donuts???!!!!

The donuts here are great! Soft and delicious, they aren't the air like dough and they aren't the firm cake batter ones. They're somewhere in the middle. The breakfast sandwiches were good as well. I do recommend avoiding the espresso drinks, the lattes were steamed milk at best. The drip coffee might be good but we didn't get a chance to try it.
I came here to get a couple sandwiches and a frappe. There were 5 employees “working” but only one actually working. 2 of the employees said they couldn’t make my frappe bc they didn’t know how. The other 2 were on their phones and blatantly not helping their coworkers. I waited 15 minutes until I asked if anyone was going to make it. I waited another 10 minutes to actually receive it. There was only one other group in the store at the time. This is unacceptable. Train your team properly and change the culture.

Many times I asked for no bacon,they did not understand Coffee very weak
Literally the best donuts ever! I got the cookies and cream and my boyfriend got the seasonal werewolf donut and they were delicious! Kayson was super kind and just wonderful! The service here was excellent! I would highly recommend.

I did an online order. Online line wait time was 40 min. I came to pick up, 10 mins after the time I was told they would be ready. They hadn't even started my order. There were 3 people waiting when I got there.... Not very busy. If the guy making the donuts moved any slower, he would have been going backwards. Very disappointed. I had to wait another 20 mins. Needless to say I was later for my meeting.
