I am giving three stars because the food is pretty good. I've tried various items and I've liked all of them. The reason the stars isn't higher is because of wait times. Not as a customer, but as a delivery driver. I've never eaten in before, I always pick up my food or get it delivered, however I'm also a delivery driver and every time I'm there, I wait a significant amount of time. Today, 1-7-25, lunchtime, I waited 30 minutes. Everyone in the store had ordered and gotten their meals and several pick up orders, but not mine. I came today because I decided to give it another chance because all of the other deliveries I've done from here, I've usually had to wait at the very least, 15 minutes. I knew that I might need to wait a bit although I shouldn't be waiting at all because it is a delivery order, but was not expecting to wait 30 minutes, and it hadn't even been started. I suggest turning off the delivery option in your pos system when it is busy or too much for the employees to handle.

Yuck! Soggy, canned mushrooms, ton of mustard couldn’t taste anything else!
We love this place. Our visit today was disappointing in several ways, which is why I decided to leave review. 1- the ice machine was broken, it was posted but no one was going to the gas station/grocery store to buy bags of ice to remedy the problem. 2- warm soda and they’re still charging full price. 3- out of ingredients 4- dirty tables & the restaurant was slow (only two other parties) 5- the floor is disgusting 6- employees standing around talking and I had to go ask to get a table cleaned, the employee finished her conversation before coming to clean a table (about a minute or so, but we had to stand around while she finished socializing) 7- the condiment bar had garbage and lids strewn everywhere
I was surprised at all of these things because we’ve never experienced this. I hope they see this and get things remedied.
