Have always enjoyed burgers at five guys! Love them and love the atmosphere! But tonight on New Year’s Eve, my Bacon Cheese burger had totally Burnt bacon on it!! It totally changed the burger as a whole, flavor appearance and all! I hope the management can take this review and train staff and learn from it, as I will be back, but hope this doesn’t happen again!

We love five guys it's always a pleasure to stop by. The staff is always lovely but today 12/20 everyone was doing a great job , clearly busy with holiday rush and lunch shoppers everyone one working well to create a smooth running environment. The gentleman on the register was very kind and polite, he made me an excellent milk shake and the women slinging out orders was clearly a seasoned pro. You have a great team and they are doing a great job! Thanks

The wait time is egregious. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Walked in and they said the order was almost ready, been waiting 15 minutes now. This is terrible. And there’s no communication

Fantastic Food! Our family lives the fact that the potatoes that make our frenzy fries there are locally in Idaho State & the beef too! That's probably why they are so delicious! Everyone we met so far working there are nice and get our food pretty quickly. Unless it's busy of course. You might wait about 10-15 minutes if it is busy. Their milkshakes are very good. I recommend their oreo shake. Bring a spoon! Its thick!

OMG this place is the krusty krab of the real world BEST BURGER EVER. Patty's perfect, lettuce perfect, sauce perfect. every bun seed is a burst of flavor in my mouth. Every employee is nice,helpful,and always doing there part. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Also suggestion with Texas rhodehouse so close you guys should collab and have your Patty's on there rolls that world break a record.
