OMG this place is the krusty krab of the real world BEST BURGER EVER. Patty's perfect, lettuce perfect, sauce perfect. every bun seed is a burst of flavor in my mouth. Every employee is nice,helpful,and always doing there part. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Also suggestion with Texas rhodehouse so close you guys should collab and have your Patty's on there rolls that world break a record.
They used to be overpriced, still spendy but the sticker shock has worn off and the fries are awesome!

my husband went in to pick up an order and when he asked the girl for it she just looked at him and walked away without saying anything. pretty ignorant. you can’t get decent customer service anywhere these days
Okay, let me just start off by saying these guys have the BEST burgers, fries and shakes! These guys are always super kind when we eat here. But one thing we didn't like was how expensive it was. Its been sharply increasing in price over the years and it's normal to spend $60-$80 for a family of 2 to 4 depending on what you get. I feel this is outrageous. We will keep coming here because of the great food, but it sadly won't be as often.

I normally love Five Guys, but when I went in today, I was severely disappointed. I ordered a single little fry, an order I've made several times, but when I received my fries, the cup was not even full. In the past, my bag has been very full, enough fries for 2 people. But for the price I paid, I received the amount of fries in a McDonald's small fry. The consistency in these orders is simply not there.

Burger was as expected and good. What was not expected was the amount of fries. You used to get lots more in the the bag than the cup. This maybe had maximum of a dozen fries in the bag for a medium order of fries. This is Idaho, potatoes are plentiful and cheap. Paid $17.00 for a burger and fries for lunch and left hungry. I should have taken a picture but didn't.
Decided I'd give it one more try based on the owner's response. I ordered the large fry this time. It was really disappointing. I added the pictures this time but the amount of fries was seriously less than 1/3 of what I have received in many other locations. If you have only eaten at this location you don't know what you're missing! This was my last visit here.
