I love this place, I like my drink a certain way, and with clear communication. even the new employees make it how I love it. Terrific service, friendly, helpful and caring. Customer service gets10 stars from me, they are kind, considerate and deliver a positive experience every time. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
The new location at the intersection of Broadway and Utah is hands down the best. Great location that’s easy to get in and out of. Amazing people. Jace has great customer service and is very kind. He even has remembered my favorite drink. If you haven’t tried Hip Sip yet you’re missing out!
I really like the consistency of this location. Every time I go I know I'm going to get exactly the same thing. Where other soda shops in town vary a lot with flavor and the amount of ice it seems that these places train their employees better and make sure every drink is the same as the last one.
