The employees were soooo kind! And the food is amazing!! Such a good environment. I really appreciate how kind the employees were

Sat here for 20 minutes waiting for an entire 1 sandwich. I legit saw 4 Caucasian gentleman walk around in circles making it appear to be busy while at the same time doing nothing. Then the Hispanic dude clocked in and things started but it was too little too late I had seen enough I had to cancel the order and leave empty handed. Because of this experience ill take a hard pass on Jersey Mikes

Subs are delicious. I felt the "juice" for a vinegar based product kind of lacked flavor a little. That is the only bad thing I can say. I go back time and time again. Now I get the sub in a bowl. Again very good. Same product just no bread but it's nice to have that option.

I stop in often when I travel. I've seen waiting lines out the door and I've been the only one there. Always great food and fast friendly service either way.

Generally the meat cutting person is super friendly, not fast, but he gets the job done. Today we went in and waited behind 2 people for a bit and the entire time the meat cutting guy was wiping his nose on his forearm, over and over. We promptly left and decided to eat elsewhere. Gross and unsanitary!

Placed online order.....scheduled pickup was 1:20..asked several times where my order was and was told it was being made..customers coming in to order were getting their orders before I was...I waited and waited...finally asked again and another employee came and asked the person working that area where the ticket was...he couldn't find one so he had to get another employee to help with printing another ticket...they then started my sandwich...almost 20 minutes late...it was very disorganized...I'll probably go back but today's service was totally unacceptable..Dave from IF

The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is cause there wasn’t an option for 0 star. I found a cricket smushed in my sandwich. Absolutely unimpressed.

Just stopped in here with the family to eat. 3 guys working in there. There were 2 groups of 2 people in line in front of us and nobody else in the store. One of the 4 people in line was an employee off shift, probably a new guy. He works 4 to 10 tomorrow. I know that, because that discussion was one of the multiple things going on other than the guy on the clock making sandwiches. I stood there at the end of the counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. I didn’t get a “How are you” or a “Good evening.” I would have settled for a “Give us just a minute,” but apparently we were invisible. We eventually just left, again without any sort of acknowledgment. Whoever is running this place better start paying attention and expect demand basic customer service from employees.

Sandwiches are great. Like meat selections and bread. Mike's way to top off sandwiches is excellent.
People are very friendly and helpful. Started going to Jersey Mike's only a month ago. Now been 16 times.

It was lunch time with a line spilling out of the queue and almost out the door and the staff was moving at a snail's pace. Some were just standing as if they had nothing to do. Waited for 15 minutes and only 2 people got through the line. They need a more efficient system and/or more energetic employees.
