I’m really disappointed. My mom and I went, her sandwich was made quickly but the guy taking her order was a little rude. I ordered something on the grill and clearly they forgot. No big deal but at least apologize. My mom and I waited 45 min for a little sandwich without even being acknowledged that they messed up.

I spoke with my sandwich artist Paulson and he made me one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I normally don’t come to jersey mikes but this dude took care of me and made an amazing sandwich and he seemed genuinely concerned that my day wasn’t going great and he took the time to talk with me. He asked some questions and we spoke and I mentioned my military service and included a discount. He made me feel like eating out today was a great choice. I will definitely return and probably even get the Payton special a couple more times! ;) I had to go back in to shake his hand a thank him. I hope his boss can see this cause I haven’t received this level of customer service a quite a while. It was a breath of fresh air

Location in Idaho Falls is the least appealing location I’ve been to. Less meat and smaller overall sandwiches than any other location I’ve ever been to. Also really skimped on the sauces. Overall disappointed for the first time ever at a JMs.

(3/10/25) Don’t expect your order to come out if you order Curbside. They’ll just put the bag into the pickup area and think it’s an In Store Pickup, forcing you to go inside for your order.

Update: Well? Any word from the team? If they aren’t going to bring orders out to cars and have people come in even on a clear day, they might as well turn off the Curbside Pickup option. I mean the food was great at this location when I visited, but if the employees can’t fulfill customers requests, then that’s negative. My friend placed a curbside order not too long ago. He placed it 15 minutes before he arrived, and then he waited 15 minutes in his car after he hit the check in button. He went in, and his bag was at the counter the entire time. This exact same thing happened to me at the date I originally wrote this review.

Their food quality has gone downhill. When they first opened it was delicious! Lately, whenever I get a cheesesteak that has jalapeños in it they leave the stems in them. It makes the jalapenos very hard and crunchy and when you get a stem piece it’s also sharp. They also have messed up on my order the past few times I’ve been in. I’ve been saying I’ll give them one more shot for some time now and every time I leave feeling disappointed.

Sat here for 20 minutes waiting for an entire 1 sandwich. I legit saw 4 Caucasian gentleman walk around in circles making it appear to be busy while at the same time doing nothing. Then the Hispanic dude clocked in and things started but it was too little too late I had seen enough I had to cancel the order and leave empty handed. Because of this experience ill take a hard pass on Jersey Mikes

Subs are delicious. I felt the "juice" for a vinegar based product kind of lacked flavor a little. That is the only bad thing I can say. I go back time and time again. Now I get the sub in a bowl. Again very good. Same product just no bread but it's nice to have that option.

Generally the meat cutting person is super friendly, not fast, but he gets the job done. Today we went in and waited behind 2 people for a bit and the entire time the meat cutting guy was wiping his nose on his forearm, over and over. We promptly left and decided to eat elsewhere. Gross and unsanitary!

Placed online order.....scheduled pickup was 1:20..asked several times where my order was and was told it was being made..customers coming in to order were getting their orders before I was...I waited and waited...finally asked again and another employee came and asked the person working that area where the ticket was...he couldn't find one so he had to get another employee to help with printing another ticket...they then started my sandwich...almost 20 minutes late...it was very disorganized...I'll probably go back but today's service was totally unacceptable..Dave from IF
