I made an order on the self serve kiosk, I double checked the receipt and we input the order correctly. 2 of the hamburgers were wrong. And the bigmack came with a 15-inch long hair. We got the order to go, so we catch the issues until we got home. I tried calling the store but the call wouldn't go through or it would get hung up.

24hours my butt. I work graves. Ordered on the app three times on a Sunday after midnight. Charged me but no one was there.

Usually an okay experience but today was something else. I ordered and came to the window to pay and the lady taking the order walks off and another lady comes over and proceeds to take orders. After she’s done she starts rummaging through boxes. Still waiting after a few minutes, people are coming to the window talking to the lady and still not taking my money. I ended up driving off to the other location

Worst experience ever at this McDonald’s! We were doing a harmless TikTok trend in the drive-thru when an employee named Clif took things way too far. First, he took our money, and then he called the cops on us for no reason! It was completely unnecessary and such an overreaction. We weren’t causing any harm or being disrespectful, yet Clif escalated the situation and ruined the entire experience. He also put our money in his pocket and I’m pretty sure that’s illegal

Later into the night a bunch of teenagers like to hang out here and cause issues. There have been two different times I've seen as such, once was a teenager throwing his litter onto the ground outside and the other time was a teenager mooning passerbys. Apart from that the food here is a hit or miss. I've gotten sick eating food from here twice and found a hair in my burger once.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly with the amount of unruly teens that hang here
They have the drive they designed so once you turn in you are committed. I sat in line for 23 min before I got to the order box. Then while she was taking my order the menus changed. She said she couldn’t find what I ordered and if so could see the number. I told her I coundt because the menu changed and she had to get a manager. Their system is NOT going well and their staff need much more training. I thought they would have worked the bugs out since they been open so long but apparently not. Next time, I’ll drive the extra few miles to one of the others, it would have saved me time.

We went there and were the only ones in line. The person taking our order seemed to disappear and popped back on the screen a few minutes later. When we got to the window to pay, he took about 5 minutes to show up at the window and take our payment. My husband ordered a burger plain (no sauce) and they gave him sauce on it. Super disappointing, won’t choose this location again….

So I ordered a big breakfast this morning and I had it doordash to me here at work and I pull out my food and my bacon is raw like I don't know if they like chewing on bubble gum but I don't. And if you can't leave special requests how in the hell are we supposed to get our food the way we want it done?
