The amount of times I've had the wrong meal given to me at the drive through is astonishing even after directly telling the person at the window what my order is. I get that it gets busy and mistakes get made but man

Late night quick dinner time, the cashier was very kind and was quick to put in our order, we didn't wait longer then 10 minutes which was perfectly fine. The food was good and exactly how we ordered it

Honestly.. I left a great review for the Broadway McDonald's.... then i Came here and my review is absolutely opposite... I ordered a 6 piece nugget and per the usual they only give 4 in it .. almost like we won't notice ? But also to make the night they forgot all my sauces also. Very disappointed. Maybe Broadway employees need to come do some training at this store? Just a suggestion.

Just your typical McDonald's. I went inside to eat breakfast. The dining room was clean. There were several people seated, eating, yet it was pretty quiet. The cashier was nice and efficient. Food was nice, not thrown together. Service was a little slow, but good.

Says open 24hours online but was closed this morning at 4:30am even though I was perfectly able to go through the drive through earlier in the week at the same time. Very frustrating.

Went to this McDonalds and got fries, mccrispy, nuggets, and daily double. They forget my daily double, so i had to drive all the way back. They burnt the bread on the mc crispy. All i tasted was the burnt bread. AND they gave ZERO napkins. The fries and nuggets were the only fine thing.

What a joke Doris says lobbies open till 2 AM, but the doors are locked at midnight. Only we have one person working in the drive-through who very obviously couldn’t care less multiple cars waiting for their order, but they can take the time to sit there and talk to their friends who come through the drive-thru on bikes. Finally get up to the window and can see multiple water sitting there, but the cashier is far too busy restocking cups into the machine to even notice.. spent over a half an hour in line when they’re on the way four cars in front of me obviously a completely dysfunctional restaurant and the worst McDonald’s in the area by far

The food was good, and it was made in a timely manner. But I have to give it a two star rating becaise of the state of the lobby. EXtremely messy! All of the trash cans were overflowing to the point where people were stacking things on top or just leaving it on the tables because there was no where to empty the trays and trash, and bits of trash were getting spread throughout the lobby floor. The staff seemed extremely disorganized, and when the staff (and later the general manager) was told that the trash was overflowing they did nothing. We were in the restaurant for thirty minutes, and it was NOT overly busy.
