Ordered online got there and my fries were floppy and cold when I asked for new ones she told me they were within time, i said I dont care I wouldn't feed these to my dog. She said fine whatever its going to be a long wait so pull up. She was very rude and I payed for it so its going to be good then tried to make a complaint on the app and couldn't because I wasn't given a receipt so I dont have the store number

Spicey chicken was dry the sauce got all over the side of the bun. Fries were old dried out. No sauce for the fries I ended up throwing the meal away.

The night manager on shift was so helpful and kind! I took a client in to get food that she was owed and the manager did not flinch on helping and getting her food ordered and prepared. Did it all with a smile!

Soo, my breakfast hash brown was contaminated with fries? I also ordered cheese on my sausage McGriddle and didn’t get it. My friend ordered a big Mack meal, and didn’t receive her fries. What is with this terrible service?? Can’t yall do your jobs and just put the fries in the bag??

I ordered just as I was leaving Rigby, by the time I fought traffic on hitt rd it had been a half hour, online said it was ready. When I pulled up to the second window, they sent me to go park on the other side of the building. They lady in line ahead of me still got her order before me and when i got the order and got home, no sauces. Worst McDonald's order in a long time. Great job, I'll just have to order from the other stores.
