I moved to Idaho Falls 2 years ago and aside from it being at a slower pace then where Im from... I was so sad about the lack of food selections which made me miss home even more. Mo Bettas makes it feel like home for me. Being born and raised in hawaii this is some of the food that I grew up eating. The whole plate lunch vibe is something that idahoans wouldn't understand.
