Jax really went above and beyond for being the only employee on shift/working at the time. He did a great job of attending to everyone’s needs while handling a sudden rush later in the evening.

My first time trying MOD pizza & I was really impressed!! I'm on vacation & far from home, so I don't know that I'll ever get back to this location, but it was awesome! Great service behind the counter, the restaurant was clean & I love the decor, my pizza was terrific!! The bathroom was clean, as well, something that's really important to me. We were able to walk over from our hotel across the street. Hey, Idaho Falls, y'all need to frequent this establishment for some seriously tasty pizza!!

I was ordering pizza on the app and wanted to change one thing. It didn't show me the updated pizza until after I ordered. I ended up with bread covered in oil and a tiny bit of cheese with no other toppings. I called support and they said to press 2 and tell them what toppings it was supposed to be. I did this. The phone rang for 5 minutes and no one picked up. It was too late I ended up with basically garlic bread that I paid extra money for.

Pizza was fine. Service is VERY slow. Only 2 employees during a lunch time on a Saturday. Most of the tables were not wiped clean. Bathroom trash was overflowing. More than one customer left after waiting in line behind us. Only came because someone we went to lunch with really wanted to go here. Will not go on my own ever.

We have a MOD Pizza in Pocatello that we really enjoy, so we were looking forward to trying this location. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
I ordered the Dillon James. The pizza was sliced unevenly, with two very large slices and two small ones. I did get the pesto I requested, but there were also two massive dollops of minced garlic hidden underneath the sauce and cheese. It completely overpowered the pizza.
The second pizza was missing both the arugula and the balsamic vinegar. On top of that, it had two rancid pieces of roasted garlic.
The woman working the oven had a bad attitude and acted irritated by every customer. The woman at the register didn’t say much. There were only three people ahead of us ordering a mini cheese pizza and two salads, so it wasn’t that busy. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, but the service was not friendly.
The only staff member who seemed to be putting in effort was a man in the back. He didn’t speak to customers, but it was clear he was doing most of the work.
This location needs serious improvement in both food quality and customer service.

We chose this location and establishment because we're familiar with Mod Pizza where we live and the 4.5 star rating sealed the deal. What we were met with was a lot of snark from the girl behind the counter when my husband was communicating his order. He wanted toppings like on one of the pizzas, but in the salad. The girl said she's never heard that done before, but in a way that was unhelpful and demeaning, as if she was rolling her eyes while saying it. Instead of making suggestions or trying to understand what my husband wanted (which to me seemed easy to understand), she glared at us while he was thinking how to reword what he wanted. I hope the owner reviews any potential cameras to read the body language present with both my husband, who was acting as jovial as possible (despite being taken aback) during the interaction while feeling self conscious, just trying to place an order, vs the worker behind the counter. Not sure if she was having an off day or what, but the interaction left my husband anxious.
The workers here look like this is the last place they want to be. The Mod Pizza establishments we've been to have been on par with the smiling faces and customer service customarily found at Chick fil A. Not sure why this location is so dreary, but we will not be coming back next time we're in town.
On top of the lack of pleasant service, the pizza took a while to make (we had nearly finished our mega salad before the mad dog pizza was ready) and the ice tea machine was broken, so I couldn't have my choice of drink. The drink counter surface was also quite messy and sticky. Not a good impression.
The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the place was clean. My wife and I stopped by for an early dinner around 430pm (06/26/25). Instead of being greeted by the young lady behind the counter she seemed pre-occupied with other things. Then we tried to ask a question about the bbq chicken pizza and we got no response. She then turned enough to see us addressing her and she took out her ear-pod - certainly not professional at all to be listening to music while customers are trying to order. We were able to ask about the size of the pizza and then got a snotty answer. The pizza arrived and was awful. The minimal amount of chicken was essentially slapped onto the pizza all in the center. The pizza was undercooked and just did not taste like the Mod Pizza's we grown to enjoy over the years. If being honest, I don't want to completely eliminate Mod Pizza for future visits, but I can say we will certainly take a long break before we visit again.
