It was rather difficult, since I'm not a local to Idaho Falls, to navigate into the parking lot of this location. Ordered a couple of pizzas; however, I noticed that at this particular location, they don't have as many options as other locations I've visited before. So, if you're looking for anything fancy like blue cheese dip, you won't find it at this branch. Overall, the service was just okay; the staff seemed disinterested in the customers and lacked the enthusiasm that I've experienced at other places. The ambiance was rather unenthusiastic, there was no music and very few people there even though we arrived at what seemed should be peak hours

Chewy is the best. He's the reason we are returning customers. We've had some customer service issues in the past, but Chewy always does a great job, has a very welcoming attitude, even when it's crazy busy. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE - He has earned it!!!

MOD franchises typically are decent to pretty good, but the Idaho Falls location makes me wonder how long is left on the lease.
The staff making the pizzas were great, but at 530 on a weeknight you’d think they would have more than one person prepping salad, making pizza, and taking payments but it was all one person and she did great despite how many people were in line.
The “manager” was sitting in the back of the restaurant with papers and computer spread out much like a take out only restaurant with the owner on site to step in and help when it gets busy, instead this manager sat and watched as his team was understaffed working on who knows what.
The franchisee popped in and looked around and left, no taking time to help the staff catchup by wiping tables or anything.
It was so disheartening to see an owner and gm disinterested in their team.
Food - decent, seemed a bit rushed, quality of the ingredients could seem fresher ( ordered a margarita pizza and the tomatoes were a little old)
Service - did great despite lack of support there was only two employees.
Overall - I look forward to whatever restaurant replaces MOD here.

The worker, Chewy, was so funny and made it the best experience at MOD I’d ever had! He deserves a raise!! I hope he’s there next time I go because he was the best!! MOD is always great, what else can I say?!?!?

Great pizza, and the best garlic cheese bread! They give wonderful customer service too. My family and I have always been fans of mod pizza, customization is king. But not in the expensive subway way. The possibilities are endless and if you think they can do it, they probably can. Stone baked pizza nice and crusty, and you'll probably have leftovers which makes it a steal for the price.
Parking: Definitely easy to park!

Normally I really love coming here, great food, decent service and they always do amazing rush orders. However the last time I came didn't go very well I came expecting them to be able to do speedy work but because of how slow the service was I went over my break time at work. The only reason I'm leaving this review is to say that the management need to make sure that they're not leaving under trained staff alone to take care of customers
