It was rather difficult, since I'm not a local to Idaho Falls, to navigate into the parking lot of this location. Ordered a couple of pizzas; however, I noticed that at this particular location, they don't have as many options as other locations I've visited before. So, if you're looking for anything fancy like blue cheese dip, you won't find it at this branch. Overall, the service was just okay; the staff seemed disinterested in the customers and lacked...

Chewy is the best. He's the reason we are returning customers. We've had some customer service issues in the past, but Chewy always does a great job, has a very welcoming attitude, even when it's crazy busy. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE - He has earned it!!!

The worker, Chewy, was so funny and made it the best experience at MOD I’d ever had! He deserves a raise!! I hope he’s there next time I go because he was the best!! MOD is always great, what else can I say?!?!?
