I always love me some Panda Express. Most of the time when I come here, the food always taste fresh and great. Last night I went to dinner with my friends, and it was still good, but I was left a little disappointed. Maybe I just came at the wrong time, but both my chow mein and Honey Sesame Chicken tasted as if had been sitting in the pan for quite some time. The chicken was a little harder than usual. The Chow Mein and the Honey Sesame Chicken both just did not taste as fresh. I still devoured the food though because I just love Panda Express! But if you decide to eat here, try going at busier times where they are making more food that is fresh, or maybe right when they open.
That being said, the restaurant was very clean and the staff were very nice! Overall, the service was very excellent from the staff. They were nice but also moving quick and efficiently.

The chow mein was super dry and we think the honey walnut shrimp gave us food poisoning. It was the only thing we threw up, and we’ve never had a problem with it before.

I was in today and picked up food to go. Not sure what happened as they are usually pretty good but today the food was awful. No one ate the Bejing Beef (a family favorite) because the one person who tried it said it tasted like the meat had gone bad and refused to eat more. He’s usually not at all picky and will often eat “questionable” things, so we just took him at his word. Another family member thought the steak in the Angus Steak was undercooked, but it didn’t taste bad so we ate it. Finally, the green beans in the Sesame Chicken were most definitely rancid. Panda Express is one of the most expensive places to eat, so it was incredibly disappointing to get such a bad meal that we likely won’t be finishing the leftovers. I don’t know if you need to find a new chef, or just pay better attention in the kitchen, but a couple of us are quite sick tonight, so not happy with this experience.

i'm super annoyed i came through the drive thru today and got 3 orders of the cream cheese rangoon's so 9 all together and 1 other entree and they just forgot all 9 rangoons and i've called the store 8 times and no one can pick up. disgusted with their behavior.

While Panda Express typically delivers consistent quality, our recent visit was a mixed bag. The teriyaki chicken was a disappointment, with my wife's portion being particularly chewy. My son's, on the other hand, was enjoyable. The service, once a highlight, felt less welcoming this time around.
Everytime I come here I always get the same thing the teriyaki chicken. The last 5 times In a row they haven’t given me the teriyaki sauce even when I’ve asked them if it was in the bag. Nobody wants a whole container of plain grilled chicken. Not cool panda.
