This location is usually pretty fast. Customer service has been ok- with a few exceptions but those are rare. One problem i have is they give me a hard time about refilling my tumbler. I often just get ice and water in it to help save the environment and they charge for that. I can see if i use their cup but a small scoop of ice shouldn't cost extra. Especially when I'm buying an overpriced soda.

I got a 44 Oz drink and they did not fill it up all the way there was two inches of empty space from the top. I haven't ever had a problem with pick me up but this is ridiculous, and after drinking some I am frustrated to find out that half of the drink is ice.
The young lady working tonight made our 2 drinks we ordered and they were probably the best we’ve ever had from any soda shop. Normally these places always let us down.
