Idk what they put in my drink but it made me feel so sick the girl working 10/10/25 around 5 to 7 ish was kinda rude and making faces at me and my girlfriend I like when Mariah makes it bc it’s actually good but today a different girl made it and it tasted funny and I feel sick

Cold/Frozen cookies? Nope seemed like they pulled them straight out of the fridge. And the kiddy up size they didn’t even have 9oz cups filled a 16 one and only filled half way for one of my kiddy size and the other kiddy they filled to the top. Why such a discrepancy? I would not go back again. The service the cashier seemed like she was new so didn’t have idea on the drinks.

When the drinks are made correctly it’s great. This location just messes up a lot. Had 4 drink order tonight, 3 were made incorrectly and the 4th had about an inch of space on the top of it.

I marked this business down in service because with everyone going back to school and settling into a work habit, I wish they would open at 7:00 am. I think many people would be happy. You would be the only soda business opened so you would be where everyone stops on their way to work. Your workers are fabulous

Pick Me Up is our favorite drink place. They have a great variety of base drinks, even red cream soda, and do the best flavored lemonades out of the drink places (we've tested tons of them)
The worker in the afternoon on 6/22/25 was amazing, I wish I caught her name. Truly a pick me up experience and the drinks were delicious!

This location is usually pretty fast. Customer service has been ok- with a few exceptions but those are rare. One problem i have is they give me a hard time about refilling my tumbler. I often just get ice and water in it to help save the environment and they charge for that. I can see if i use their cup but a small scoop of ice shouldn't cost extra. Especially when I'm buying an overpriced soda.
