Pretty good overall. The drive thru was wrapped around so I figured I'd order a coffee inside, but I watched as all those cars went through the drive thru and the staff were making food and told us to wait until it was done. Spend about 20 mins waiting, I should have stayed in the drive through line for faster

Make sure you use your app in the drive-through, not your card. some here have a habit of asking if you want to leave a tip and then take the machine in the window and tip them selves! And you can’t complain to management because that’s who’s doing it. Also, don’t go on Christmas. Just because they’re open doesn’t mean they want to be working and they will spike your drink with ginger bread. Again, you can’t complain because it was MANAGEMENT that made one of my two completely separate orders - both were heavily spiked. Some here are completely unapologetic, petty and retaliatory. Even though this location is by far the most convenient, I will not be returning. I feel bad for the rest of the team at this location, a couple bad apples are ruining it for the whole bunch.

UNFORTUNATE MANAGEMENT. This is our local Starbucks and we do like to sit inside and enjoy a coffee. UNFORTUNATELY the management seems to direct the baristas to ignore the walk in business. Multiple times we have walked in to order a coffee and pastry and have been totally ignored, not even an acknowledgement that we're standing there! Twice now we have just left because of this and we'll most likely not return. Sad because we like the atmosphere but it doesn't help if we can't get a coffee!

I went through drive up and ordered my special dragonfruit and mango drink. They made it just as I asked and BOY WAS IT GOOD!! I only get them when in town as there is no Starbucks where I live.The employees were friendly and all had a smile on their face!!

I do like Starbucks, but this location got my order wrong two days in a row. I drove back and let them know the first time, but the second time just drank what they gave me.

It's not overly busy so service is pretty fast, coffee is always good food selection is fairly limited and a little over priced for what it is. But that's generally for all Starbucks.

Had an extremely lackluster experience at this Starbucks! My wife and I went in to grab a coffee for her and something to eat for myself. I was very excited about getting the turkey provolone and pesto on ciabatta, only to find out that they were out. Not a big deal it is what it is. I’ve worked in food service for over 20 years, so I understand this sort of thing happens! I proceeded to then ask about the bacon, gouda and egg breakfast sandwich. Before I could even get the whole name of the sandwich out of my mouth, I was abruptly cut off by a barista who commented “We are basically out of all of our sandwiches.” I was not offered any assistance or suggestions on what was available. Just simply told that we have nothing. If something is not available, it should be said in the beginning of the customer experience. If not there, at least have signs up on the display menus saying that these things are not available, but here are some other suggestions based on what we do have available! Through all of my years in customer service, specifically food service, I’ve learned that It’s all about perception. My perception of the store and its baristas is that they could not be bothered with informing me about what options that were available. This is just completely unacceptable in my opinion.Also, one of the two handicapped doors was not working. I went with my wife and our newborn baby, and was unable to get through one of the doors. Upon pushing the button, it simply did not open. It almost seemed as if the motor for opening the door was stopping it from opening and my wife and I had to both pull open said door. I will most certainly be not to be spending my money at this Starbucks location anymore! I will also be telling anybody who will listen that that location is just the worst!

Said absolutely nothing to me as I sat in front of the speaker for several minutes. Drove to the front and they refused me service. I will not be back to this location.
