Usually I love subway, my go to sandwich is always delicious and I love visiting this location. When I tell you my visit today was the worst one I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. My sandwich was so overly toasted I couldn’t even eat it. All of the employees had headphones in and asked me to repeat myself several times. None of them greeted us or had good customer service skills what so ever. The employee said what do you want when I arrived at the line. We waited several moment for anyone to come out and help us. They were all hiding in the back. I’ve worked in fast food for a long time and I’d never treat my customers like this. I paid $30 for the worst sandwiches I have ever received from this place and had to throw them away. Seriously do not eat at this location. You will be more than disappointed. I get subway has gone down hill but I didn’t know it was this bad.

I eat Subway a lot, and have been to more than a hundred locations. This place gave me the smallest, most meager sandwich I have ever had. You may want to try another location if you are hungry.

Made an online order to this specific subway. Went in to get the order, was told that the order wasn't there it was actually sent to a different store. Went to said store and they told us that we had to go back to original store to get our order. Then got a confirmation saying our order was canceled. WE NEVER CANCELLED THE ORDER AND WE CHECKED THE ADDRESS MULTIPLE TIMES while making order and when we showed employees. We the then asked to speak to a manager, and there was no manager on shift....only 2 employees PERIOD. One employee looked to be high out of his mind and the other employee was acting like she didn't know what she was doing. Very disappointed....and we never got our food or even a refund

Apparently, they limit you on veggies now I think the girl that was serving was just high on her boyfriend. She had a boyfriend over there. They were kissing over the freaking counter while I’m trying to get my food made.
I don’t normally give reviews or bad reviews at all, but the subway is not it. They need to figure out the employee situation.
And when did they start to limit you on veggies? ??
Like I’m only supposed to have a couple slices of one of onions? Just completely terrible service. I wonder if it was just cause it’s late but I didn’t know 8:53 was late.
And also, I get the whole lovey-dovey stuff but take it to the back. Don’t do it over the freaking counter when people are trying to get their food made that makes no sense. There’s no need for that.

The store was very clean, the staff were friendly, the food was tasty and delicious. I enjoyed my dining experience.
Worst experience of the day. We ordered 2 footlong and footlong churo. The guy added footlongs and churo in same bag. When we reached home and say the churo was in completely folded way (see photo). Even they charged extra for Avocado ranch which they never charged previously. Server was also not able to understand what to add in footlong. Very bad experience of the day. Waste of money
I went into subway and the store look really good it was nice and clean, when I ordered my sandwich the two people who were working that day were really nice to me and very generous. I always come into this subway and I have never had a bad experience

The girl (redhead, but I didn’t get her name) who took my order when I walked in was super sweet, but the older guy, John, was aggressive towards her and kept talking over her and acting like she didn’t know how to do her job. I felt super uncomfortable about it and I hope someone talks to him about how to treat other employees.

Worst experience ever. I will never come here again. The two girls that worked tonight were just flat out rude. I asked for extra meats on my sandwich and didn’t get it and they both look annoyed that me and my fiancé were even there. I will not come to this location ever again because of this experience.

Monday I came in with my son, the gentleman working clearly should have been home sick. His nose was running when I walked in which already grossed me out but I didn’t say anything, I just watched. He was making my sandwich and literal snot dripped out of his nose and onto my sandwich. He stopped and looked at it then continued to finish making it. I stopped him and asked if his nose just dropped into my sandwich and he said yes then wrapped it. I said I am not eating that! Thank God there was another employee that was standing there and she said she’d make me a new sandwich. Grossed out the rest of the day!!! Send your employees home if they are this sick!
