Horribly messed up our order. Steak didn’t have mushrooms, husbands cheese burger was burnt and dried when he ordered it medium doneness, gave us no cinnamon butter, little to no cheese on my husbands Mac n cheese and no utensils. I am completely shocked. It feels like we got scammed. I will give credit where it’s due and the steak was cooked good and so was the shrimp but the rest of the meal was a complete disappointment. This was a pickup order for context.

Our waiter, Raylee, never checked on us during the meal. After we finished eating, we were left sitting at the table with empty plates for 20–25 minutes, waiting for our check or any acknowledgment. It was very obvious we were done and trying to leave, yet no one came by.
When we were finally and to mention that we were looking to get cheesecake, the waiter simply said “okay” and walked away without actually taking the order. About 10 minutes later, she came back with only one cheesecake. When we said we wanted two, it took another 15 minutes for the second one to arrive.
At that point, we had been stuck at the table far longer than necessary.
At a sit-down restaurant, this level of inattentiveness isn’t acceptable. Being ignored for that long takes away from the entire experience, no matter how good the food is. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed everything else, and it’s not an experience I’d want to repeat.

Placed order for pickup, they use to have a pickup window that you accessed from the outside of the building which was very convenient & organized. They no longer have that feature & you need to go into the building. Not familiar with the new change i waited to talk to hostess just to be directed to another line(note there were 3 gals in this booth). Waited in a line & after asking 8-10 people if they were waiting to pick up food, I was told they were waiting to be seated. After moving forward toward cashier (note she was alone) flow was slow due to cashier having to walk thru crowd to get pick up orders, return, go over order & bag items. This was repeated twice before me & all for a prepaid pick up order. I arrived 630, entered when texted at 633 and didn't walk out until 548. I chose a pick up option to save time & to avoid the eat in crowd only to be stuck waiting with the dine in crowd for 15 minutes. I'm very dissatisfied with inefficiency of this new system. Shrimp and chilli were way too salty and unable to be eaten, rolls and steaks were good.

8/14/25 - We got there soon after opening, ordered and got our salads. Our appetizer arrived just as we started on the salad and half way through the salad the steaks arrived. At first the server got a little flippant and sat down and said she would hold my main course. Then the waitress offered to hold it in the kitchen under the warmer. Every time we go out here for dinner they do this. It's very frustrating. They weren't even busy. Can we just sit and enjoy our meal without the pressure of forcing us out the door?

Arriving at 9:15 PM when they close at 10, we still had a very great dining experience. We sat at the bar which actually worked out well for us. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. The portions were amazing. I ordered way too much and I couldn't even basically eat my entrée lol. The deep-fried pickle slices are fantastic. I highly recommend them. The spuds were amazing. The pulled pork was amazing. The only thing we ended up questioning on our visit is why were there no female country artists being played.
Have been to this location to dine in and to go. They have not skipped a beat and the food is always great!
